If you believe material hosted on UltimateTube infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the Designated Agent above containing all of the following:
Incomplete notices may delay removal. We aim to act on valid notices within two business days of receipt.
On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material, notify the uploader, and record the notice against that account.
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent containing:
We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order.
Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices will be terminated and the associated content removed. We maintain a record of notices received against each account for this purpose.
New uploads are set to a pending state and are not publicly visible until an administrator approves them. Approval is not a determination of copyright ownership, and we remove any content promptly on receipt of a valid notice.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
