We're bringing you movies from a Christian perspective. These are reviews we're going to bring you and give you not so much theological stuff or anything like that. We're just going to tell you morally what these films are like. And as you saw in the opening, we're going to one that has just been released last week. It is Avengers Infinity Wars. This, of course, is part one of a two-part series, something that I'm not really a big fan of. I don't like those movies that do part one and then leave you hanging for a year. I'm not a big fan of those, but we're going to jump into it. With this review, we do want to remind you that we're taking into account that if you're seeing this, then that means you have pretty much watched all of the Marvel Cinematic Universe films. So anyway, the whole idea of Infinity Wars is coming from the comic book series Infinity Gauntlet, and it introduces the character Thanos. Thanos is a mad titan, as he is known. And his whole premise is that he needs to, because he sees that the universe is becoming overpopulated, he wants to eliminate half of the population of the universe, thus bringing about a unity and a completeness to the universe and make things better. and uh kind of that what the what all um tyrannical um uh dictators kind of feel like uh they they think they got it all figured out Well Thanos is amazing in this film and the CGI is just spectacular. And I love the way that Infinity Wars has brought this together. So we get Captain America. Captain America. We get Captain America in this film. Four, we get not a lot of Hulk, surprisingly. I'm not going to spoil anything, but we get more Bruce Banner than we get Hulk. And I'm not going to say why, but you'll have to watch that for yourself. We're not doing a whole lot of spoilers here. But we get Black Panther. I love Black Panther. Great, great character. And we see all of Wakanda, which is awesome. We don't get to see, this is a little spoiler, but we don't get to see Hawkeye. Yeah, we don't get to see Hawkeye. But this is from what I've seen or read or whatever. We might see Hawkeye in part two. So that will be really interesting. We'll have to wait and see how that works out. But all these characters begin to come together. Iron Man, Spider-Man. All of them begin to come together to try to find a way to keep the stones, the Infinity Stones that go into the gauntlet, the metal glove, the gauntlet, to bring about a complete power to Thanos. It is a complete and total ride. It really is. It is something. It is something. Marvel has been doing great things with their cinematic universe, starting off with Iron Man and then going and upping the ante each and every time. And it's really cool. The ending of the film, and I'm not going to spoil it, but the ending of the film is very emotional, very heartbreaking, very heart-tugging. But with a time stone and with all these other stones, nothing is set in stone. Okay so I don by any means think that what happens at the end is going to stay that way I think there going to be a way to change that But like I said I not here to spoil that But it is a very good, good film. A lot of people, a lot of Christians have a problem with the theological thing of Thanos and all. But I'm not here to go into that. That's for somebody else to talk about. I'm here just to talk about the film itself. The CGI of the film is spectacular. The acting of the film is amazing. Surprisingly, the language was not as bad as some of the Marvel films that we have watched, which was really a good plus. I've heard a lot more in some of the other films there is some but it's not by any means overdone so that was a blessing there's a tad bit of sexual content if you will nothing, there's a little bit of kissing there's a little bit of women wearing low cut you know, costuming some of the male characters not wearing a shirt. It's minute, but I'm just informing you that's in there. So there's nothing overly bad. But like I said, everything is just well done in this film. And I have to say, for me, I think Infinity Wars was a pretty emotional ride and a very good film. I'm looking forward to seeing how the different Avengers, and again, I'm not here to spoil it. Some people will spoil that for you. I'm not going to do that. I'm just going to say some of the Avengers, because some of them did supposedly die. but I'm going to be interested to see how some of these Avengers that are left will find a way to defeat Thanos. It's going to be interesting. At the end of the film, Nick Fury sends out a distress signal to a character we have not seen before and I not going to go into that either That going to be something you have to check out for yourself But it is a very very good film I want to thank GX Bouncer for sending me the copy of Avengers Infinity Wars so that I could check it out. Thank you so much, sir. Appreciate it so much. It was really cool to get to see that, and we thank you for that so much. and I do highly recommend Infinity Wars. It's a good, if you've seen all the films, then you'll see how all this correlates, how it all came together. It's amazing. It's amazing to see how Thanos was pulling the strings all along, even clear back from the beginning. It is really, really cool. And I give Marvel a lot of credit for that long story arc that brought us to this point. Can't wait to see what goes on from here and how it concludes. So it's going to be cool. All right. If you liked Infinity Wars, comment, like, subscribe to our channel here. We're going to start doing these, talking about a lot of different films, some of the older Marvel films. We'll do some reviews on them, some of the newer ones. We'll check out some different things as well as we go forward, kind of going back in time and checking some of those since this is brand new. We'll go back and revisit some of those old ones in the times to come. But this is going to be fun. So if you did like Infinity Wars, let me know. Write a little comment. Tell me what you thought. If you thought it was bad, if you thought it was good or whatever, please be kind. No crude statements or anything because we're going to make us clean in our channel here.
