Transcript: Christian Movie Reviews: Faith-Based Blu-ray & DVD Unboxing

Hey everyone, this is Pastor Jay with you once again with another classic cinema report, if you will. This time we're doing a little unboxing video. Just received this today. Huge, humongous package of stuff. This is the cool thing about doing what we do. Classic Cinema Magazine reviewing movies. We get great products from awesome companies. And this is, of course, a huge box set of box stuff from Mill Creek Entertainment. Looking forward to checking this out and see what's in here. It's pretty heavy. Got a lot of stuff in it. So let's jump right in. I have not opened this. All I've done is just made it easier so that I can get to it. Just kind of made it to where it's easier to get to. So I'm going to be seeing this for the first time just like you will. So let's jump in. All right. Here we go. There is quite a few things in here. Look at that. Wow. There's quite a few. So we're not going to take a lot of time and go over them. We're just going to pull them out and show them to you and move on. Realize that we will have reviews to each and every one of these releases throughout the times. Each and every day we'll have a review up and something new every single day. All right, let's jump into this. Here's the first one. Oh, I like this. I'm getting a little bit into Westerns now. Not a big Westerns fan, but getting a little more into them. And this is a great double feature of Westerns. Fort Yuma and Hot Day of Fire. Look at that. That is pretty cool. And it's a Blu-ray. And it's Blu-ray digital, too. That's pretty cool. I'm looking forward to the Westerns. I'm kind of getting back into them a little bit. My dad was a huge Westerns fan. I never really was. I like more the comedy westerns, more like Support Your Local Sheriff, Cat Blue, things like that. The Villain, that's one you've probably never seen. That is a really funny one. But anyway, I like those kind of westerns, but I'm getting more into them as I'm getting a little older. So yeah, I'm looking forward to this. So look for that review coming up soon I like that All right What else is in the package We got another Blu Let go ahead and get the Blu out of the way and then we get the DVDs This is the next Blu Here we go Alright this is a Blu DVD digital and these are Dove approved and they look really kind of cool Friends for Life and Footprints Yeah, I'm looking forward to these. These look like really sweet little films. And, yeah, I'm looking forward to that. That's going to be kind of cool. All about a guy with love for animals. That looks pretty cool. With friends for life. And footprints. Oh, I'm a sucker for good animal films. So those are going to be kind of cool. Okay, Blu-ray, DVD, and digital copy. All right, so that's going to be cool. Alright, what else is in the box? Let's see, here's the next one Oh, I love this Bill Creek is doing a lot of cool stuff With a lot of the Christian stuff anymore And this looks really good Ancient Secrets of the Bible The Complete Series I love these Of course, I'm a pastor So, you know, these are kind of cool I like the idea of Ancient Secrets of the Bible I saw this one on their website, and I was like, yeah, that looks pretty cool. So yeah, they sent that to me. So yeah, I'm looking forward to checking that out. It's the complete series. Wow, there's a whole lot of stuff on there. Wow. Okay, I don't know if you can see all that, but them are all episodes, okay? All of that is episodes. Just a quick look, Adam and Eve, Tower of Babel, Moses and the Red Sea Miracle. We're not going to go through all of these, but just some of them. The Christmas Miracle, The Rapture, God's Holy Ark. I mean, there's just all kinds of cool stuff on here. So, yeah, that's going to be awesome. Yeah, look for the review of that coming out soon, too. All right, next one. All right, another cool one. DVD and digital miracles, The Power of Faith. That's pretty cool. All right. I love what Mill Creek is doing with a lot of these cool things. So that's going to be kind of cool. There looks like four episodes on here all about miracles. All right, cool stuff. I like that. All right, next one. All right, another Western. Okay, Western, 20 Western films featuring Roy Rogers. All right, and that is DVD and digital. That is pretty cool. And this is really cool because it is authorized by the Roy Rogers estate. So I like that, yeah. So there 20 Roy Rogers films here Alright that is really cool Looking forward to that too Boy I looking forward to a lot of stuff ain I Alright another western This is wow four western films on DVD and digital here. Alright, look at that. I like that. That is a pretty cool looking little cover there. Alright, I like that. Let's take a look at it. You You got Sting of the West, you got Bad Man's River, and you got two Django films. Django cut price corpses and Django shoots first. So yeah, so four awesome looking westerns there. Spaghetti westerns, if you will. And this is pretty cool because it has a lot of really cool stuff. You get amazing actors here. Jack Lance is in this. James Mason is in this. You get Lee Van Cleef. I mean, wow, just really cool actors. So, yeah, looking forward to that one, too. Outlaw Collection. Outlaws and Conmen. That's pretty cool. All right. Next one in the set is this one. All right. Yeah, I've actually saw Mill Creek talking about this on their Twitter account. And this looks pretty cool. Unbridled. every life, no matter how broken, can be made whole again. Look at that. Isn't that cool? I love it. As I said, I'm a sucker for these animal movies, so, yeah, that's going to be kind of cool. I like that. Yeah, all right. Unbridled. I'm interested in that one. All right, next one. All right, look at this. We're getting a lot of good ones here. All right, I like this. This looks like a Dove Foundation type of film, like Dove approved. This one is Guard Dog. How about that? That's another one. Cool. I like that. About a little dog. I like that. Well, actually, more than a little dog. That looks like quite a big dog. But, yeah, that's pretty cool. All right. Looking forward to that, too. Good stuff today from Mill Creek. All right. We're getting down to the end. We're down to three more left. Next one. All right. This is another kind of looks like a dove-approved type of film. They're doing a lot of the Dove approved ones, which is kind of cool for Christians. This is pretty cool. If you're gone, that is DVD, not digital. Okay, I thought it might have been digital. It's DVD. But this is If You're Gone. It is a drama about a young lady, from what I understand, that her boyfriend disappears and her journey to try to find him So that going to be kind of cool if you gone Cool All right Two more left Here the next to last one Let's check it out. Here we go. We're checking it out together. Here we go. All right. Yeah, I saw this one on their website, and this one looked really interesting. It is The Last Appeal. This is another dove-approved type of film, kind of got a little religious slant to it, so that's kind of cool. The Last Appeal. Yeah, looking forward to that. That's going to be kind of cool. Two lives intertwined that only God could untangle, so that's kind of cool. The Last Appeal. So that's going to be coming to Classic Cinema Magazine for review as well. All right, we are down to the final one. There it is, final one on there. Okay, let's take it out and see what it is. Here it is. Looking at it the same time you are. Here we go. All right. To be a soldier. This is inspired by true events. In 2014, two people were rescued from the border of Syria, presumed to be victims of ISIS terrorists. Wow. That's going to be an interesting film. I'm looking forward to that. Dove approved as well. So that's going to be really cool. Wow. Wow, we have got a lot of work to do at Classic Cinema Magazine this month. Wow, there it is.
