Dear brothers and sisters, greetings to you in the name of the Lord, Savior, Jesus Christ. It's again a great pleasure to meet you in this series which we have been doing for several sessions or episodes now. Yeah, it is mere grace that we are united as one body, one spirit, one mind, one soul, I would say. although we are not co-located we are remotely located or delocated we are still talking about the same cross which united us once isn't it so for the first four thousand years human mankind had been scattered in various directions in various practices and sin was all across and had a mix and was in rule but then as how god promised that he is going to defeat the satan or crush the head of the satan right under our foot roman 16 20 as how the messianic prophecies have been portrayed or you know prophesied for for for four thousand long years that the only son of god jesus christ is going to come on this planet earth and he is going to come in the form of the human mankind and he is going to come in the form of blood and flesh and he is going to dwell among the midst of these sinful generations the among amongst the wicked people amongst the evil forces and that includes the heavenlies which we had discussed in detail in this in this entire series and he is going to overcome all of them yet he will die as a lamb without blemish he will be tempted like us at all points yet bible says that he will overcome all of those temptations and he will ensure that he meets the father in style in the same way how in the same fashion in the same holy realm how jesus stepped out of the heaven and he was the prince of the heaven we discussed this many times and he said that father don't worry i'm going to written back to you in style in the same way how i came back how i how i'm how i'm living this place in the same way i will come back in victory and father was really watching him as how father was sitting at the uh you know side of the window and watching the the the prodigal son actually bible says that he never looked him as a prodigal son he never looked at the sin behind that son he was looking at the, what to say, the roadways or the roadside every day with anxiety that would not my son return back, right? And the son return back. Actually, it was told in a different context or a different connotation that it was talking about the sinful nature of human mankind. Would you not come back to me with repentance? And every day, the father is watching in anxiety with longing, right with longing and yeah you can also say with long suffering but in this context if you see the same parable applies okay and god was sitting at the side of the you know window side of the heaven you imagine how big the heaven and how big the window is going to be and he's going he's been watching would not my son come back in in in sign in returning and as jesus was arriving yeah the angels witnessed when Jesus was taken back into the clouds and he's going to ascend to the father to the right side of the father in heaven taking the place as intercessor intercessor and never assume Jesus have gone on vacation finishing all his work no no no he's the busiest person right from birth right from birth you know his birth was not a pleasant thing right he was given birth in what condition you know and how he the baby will have to be carried from place to place uh you know to preserve the life, to save it from the enemy, that is devil, persuading people like Herod and all the, you know, all the folks and all the forces and trying to kill Jesus before even he would come to reign, before even he would grow. And right from that time all the way until this very moment, this very microsecond, Jesus is advocating each one of us. Every time we sin, he, you know, the complainer goes and he claims, he fights. and he he accuses us sometimes accuses falsely too but majority of the times i somehow believe you know satan is not a idiot because he would accuse us falsely then yeah he's going to get back in return so he goes and complains saying these are the creations whom you created and now look at this especially he you know who's who's his target yeah people who are already away from who are already away from um bible or christianity non-believers they are on the side of devil so there is no need for the complainer to go each time because they are already surrendered and they are instrumental in his hands already so the targets for him are you and me but i have a good news beloved i have good news brothers and sisters that yeah although he is going to target us although there is power in him there is no doubts about it jesus himself you know will have to fight with them in decent measures you understand when he was taken in wilderness, Jesus will have to pull the promises of God and fight with them in decent measures. He did not go so brutally and attack him because whoever honors the word of God, Bible says in 1 Samuel 2.30, God will honor them, right? God cannot honor devil because he's a rebel, right? Yet, the word of God that was spoken was about the promises which was written by the Lord Almighty. You know, his father's promises, Jesus' father's promises is being spoken and there is a debate, There is an argument. There is advocating of the case happening there. And Jesus, you know, talks to them, talks to him from the word of God and he overcomes. Right. Similarly, even today also from the word of God, the complainer goes and he attacks the Christians. He attacks the believers. Right. And that's why Bible says, you know, watch and pray, lest you may enter into temptation. Indeed. Indeed. Your spirit is willing. Indeed. in the sense i know for sure you don't have to prove it to me beloved your spirit and soul they are willing we spoke about that in the previous episode i would recommend you go and revise that okay but your flesh the atomic sin in your body is still there but somebody can say oh that's why second adam came and he defeated right and aren't we free no we are free but we are not free of this world the ruler of the world is still devil and god has permitted that for a moment the actual ruler his father and him alone no one else had created anything no one else had known what is all about creation he is the creator and he alone shall be the creator the evil forces are the distracting forces they're destroyers yeah the devil's name is destroyer murderer stealer cheater liar right god is against all those dark forces of the evil powers and he lives in light he lives in truth he lives in prominence he lives in sovereignty and that's the that's why you know that how how the dark shall separate itself from light the lord god almighty the father in heaven separates himself from the evil forces and that's why his eyes shall not see any wickedness that exists on planet earth right habakkuk 1 13 you can take and read and zachariah 4 10 you can take and read it talks about the purity of the eyes of our father in heaven or purity behind the eyes of the father in heaven he even if he make efforts the eyes shall not look so holy and pure you he is and how is that you and i are going to fulfill his standard of holiness absolutely right hebrews 12 14 says you pursue peace with all men and holiness you will get it yeah and the first step is peace by the way and then holiness you will get it and holiness you know how you can get only if you're washed and cleansed by the blood of jesus because the atomic sin is always in our carnal nature there is nothing that you cannot be you cannot buy the biggest detergent soap and soak yourself for even weeks and months and still you cannot get purer still there would be a lot of sin still there would be blemish still that would be filthiness right unrighteousness jealousy whatever you call it as we are there is no way that there can be goodness in the flesh bible says that right and what can cleanse us and purify us except by the sacrifice of jesus except by the blood that was shed on the cross of Calvary except by the resurrection power of our Lord Jesus Christ there is nothing that man alive believe me there is nothing that can cleanse us and redeem us or free us and that's why Jesus says do not worry about all this Adamic sin and Adamic nature I have purchased you for a price by shedding my precious blood and you're my property and you belong to me you belong to me and Satan have no power Satan has no reign in you yeah that's the biggest lie of the devil this world still belongs to me no this world belongs to god and him alone all the time and of course when jesus had come absolutely the dominions have been returned back into our hands the sale deed which had been taken away from the hands of the first adam and snatched away from the hands of the first adam by the devil and the demonic forces have been once again snatched back by jesus through his resurrection and he has handed it over into the hands of the human mankind and we have all dominions. We have all powers. And that's why 1 John 4 says, greater is he within us than there is in this world. And about that greater, that Holy Spirit who is greater, who lives within us, our body is the temple of God. We discussed it in the last episode, how the powers are given to us. Supernatural power, supernatural gifts, supernatural fruits, which heathens do not have, which the non-believers do not have. Yet, Christendom and the Christian community is so backward and backslidden even in some of the natural human qualities even on the humanitarian grounds shame on us that we are not yet there some of the heathens and atheists have you know outran us even on the humanitarian grounds forget about the supernatural grips which god has given us that we can use them to redeem the people of god from the demonic forces from the clutches of the devil even if you are not going still there but how about the step number one the fruits which is to be like a good or become a good human being we are we are failures even there what a sad situation christendom is going through today what a sad situation that every christian would not even make efforts to realize the actual state of the human mankind is this the reason why jesus came to earth is this the reason jesus came to create so many congregations don't you think it's a shame on the human mankind especially the christians we are supposed to be members of the same body then how is that there are so many mainline churches traditional churches and so many activities happening in diversified form we are supposed to be unified not diverse diversified we are one we are brothers and sisters of the same head of the church and his name is jesus then how is that we are seeing people worship saints how is it we are seeing people worship mother mary how is it we are saying people say oh only father is there There is no concept of grace in Jesus. How is it people are saying. Oh Jehovah and him alone shall be the Lord. Father has sent Jesus as a prophet. Many people have not agreed Jesus as a son of God. And by his blood. And his blood and it alone shall cleanse us. And there is no power of redemption other than the blood of Jesus. How is that? How is that possible? They have not gone closer to the cross. They have not gone closer to the Bible. They have not gone closer to the love of the father. They have not understood the purpose, the objective of why Jesus was sent to this planet Earth. If they had understood, we will not see these many sections or divisions within the Christendom today. Sad on us. Don't you think the heart of the Father will be bleeding? Is this the reason why I had sent my only son who was crucified, brutally bit and who was hung naked? Many preachers would not even want to say that. Why? because it's the shameful event that can happen to the son of God, the creator of heaven and earth, creator of heaven and earth, hanging helpless, hanging naked, no one to help, which is okay, but that's the capital punishment, which is still okay, but hanging naked, his clothes were divided. That's the capital punishment. That's the trend, what had been followed by the Roman Empire, when they crucify. and also it was part of the Jewish tradition capital punishments were executed of that format and God allowed it God allowed it upon his only son why because he remembered you and me he remembered the sins from the foundation and all the way until the end of the earth even while Jesus was hanging on the cross you and I were not even born yet God would refer to his book and he would count all the names Jesus would refer the book of life and he would count all the names and he died for me put your name in the place and god remembered god remembered that's why we sing the beautiful song crucified crucified right why because jesus remembered and he would say no i'm not even going to have that chemical gal we remembered that in the in the in the session of the you know sufferings behind the cross sufferings jesus went through in his human body and jesus you know wept and said it's all finished it's all finished and he when he bowed the head down he bowed in victory because of that after that three days what happened we discussed that also jesus did so many things even those three days he was not free a single minute beloved but how about us are we free of sins are we free of bondages are we free of poverty stricken are we free of lust are we free of all kind of shortcomings which bible says it is possible for you to overcome matthew 5 48 you shall be perfect as how i father in heaven is perfect have you ever understood what it means i have been recapping you or i have been making efforts by the grace of jesus to recap what we had gone through in the last several sessions several episodes and i'm sure we will all meet together in heaven i'm very confident beloved that you've heard the entire series you understood why we are why holy spirit enables such series is to bring you close to the cross is to bring you close to the you know the blood of jesus and that is a way out that is a way out you can overcome you can be free of these sicknesses in your body you can be free of the spiritual diseases in your heart you can be free of all the kind of bondages you have gone through poverty strickenness shall flee away from you you shall live in materialistic and spiritual prosperity don you think that is the will of god shame on the preachers who say that you know poverty strickenness is the will of god absolutely no If that was the reason then he would not have let his son die in shame That through his blood, by all means, by all means, blessed are you. 1 John 3 says that in all things, live a blessed and prosperous life. Bible says that. I'm not on the side of materialistic preachers, all about materialistic. buying house, buying cars and all that. But I'm saying it's also part of God's agenda that the people of God, people of God should not live in starvation. But what is important? The foremost thing is, of course, the spiritual prosperity. Don't you think that's what we had been talking all the serious? We are not deviating from the actual focus that we are supposed to give upon the cross of Calvary. We are not moving away from the actual agenda, the objective behind the cross. However, these all comes as benefit. what Matthew 6 33 says seek the kingdom of the Lord first and its righteousness that's exactly what we have been doing in this so many sessions right seeking the kingdom of God what else means seeking the blood that shall cleanse us we shall be after the cross hiding under the shadow of his wings always hidden under the shadow of the cross and the rest all shall all things shall be added into you it will not it has never said it will be subtracted unto you then how is this you are facing loss in the business how is it there are job losses how is this you are not able to pay the check towards your home debts or not even able to pay the school fee sad on christians this is not the agenda of the cross it's your own imagination that yeah christians are supposed to live like this right okay i thought by the grace of god has the holy spirit convicted me this will be the last episode and we will be concluding this series on the truth about the cross so far beloved you had joined hands with me so far beloved thanks for holding your patience and you know going through all the tapes that we had put across with lot of efforts by the absolute grace of jesus and with the powers of the holy spirit and we thought since this being the last episode where we will be talking about a peculiar topic and the most important topic and the topic that money cannot buy we thought we will give you a good recap of what we are trying to accomplish as how we had given a good intro in the first session which i encourage all of you to go in a chronological order likewise when we are in the process in the in the process of winding up this entire series and God willing we will be producing more series to get you closer to Bible to get you closer to the word of God yes word of God is life word of God is might word of God is promising men may promise but the next day morning they may give you up they may betray you they may say I'd said nothing like that but God is God of truth God of truth God his word is might his promises shall never return back to his void. Yes, it shall accomplish the meaning. It shall accomplish the purpose. And that's why you need to put all efforts, not just memorize, just like you memorize your academic thing, but feel it in your heart. Feel it in your heart. That is the father who said that and take it in literal sense and claim it in the name of Jesus. And God shall not say no to it. John 14, 14 says that. John 1, chapter 1, verse 1 says, In the beginning there was word and the word was with God and the word became flesh. And that's Jesus who came down in the form of Messiah. Who accomplished every promise that was written before him. And who had given us the might. Who has given us the liberty and the freedom. That all the promises which are going to be spoken from now onwards also will be accomplished. It's a bonus. Roughly 613 commandments in the Old Testament. And apart from promises. Apart from promises. Promises. Tens and hundreds and thousands of promises are there. You can claim it. But you go by the laws and commandments. I think you and I should have been in the supreme form already. And Bible is not complicated. Devil made it so. Devil had mucked it in the minds of the people that it's so complicated. It's so tough to be spiritual. It's so tough to be holy. No, it's not tough. Jesus never felt it even a single minute that walking holy, walking without blemish is the most toughest thing. It's the most toughest equation in the chemistry. No, that's not God's chemistry. God's chemistry is a very simple format. And as you get closer to the cross, as you get closer to the word of the God, you will feel that. You will feel that in literal tense that it is possible. And that's why, can you believe, Father in heaven, understanding that we have been the fallen generation, you know, towards the Adamic sin that was committed. As part of the Adamic sin that was committed. Yet you can live just like me. Can you believe from what state to know, you know, from to a supreme state, from the state of garbage, how the gold is getting refined? You know, as it goes through the cleansing process, finally you will see the glittering metal hanging around your neck or fingers. Or these days they were in whatever places, leave that behind. That glittering gold, how it comes? It's a refining process. and Bible says father in heaven feels that you and I can become just like him you and I can walk like how Jesus walked on this planet earth leaving aside or leaving behind all his character, all his principles as a role model, if you follow this role model that is Jesus you and I can be like him as a blessing, don't you think the biggest objective beloved is to be a blessing to this human mankind right and that's what will be accounted in heaven in the book of life and book of remembrance what do you think is going to be written in the book of life how many houses you built and how many cars you drove or how many licenses you took absolutely no these are all materialistic they shall not reign in heaven or live in heaven they shall die along with you in your carnal nature in your carnal body however I'm not saying building houses is wrong of course you should have your own house living it as an inheritance to your children If you are in the parenthood, ensure that you don't leave death for your children. It's a shame. That is needed. However, this doesn't travel along with you. But your deeds, your deeds, the deeds of your heart, the deeds of your spirit, soul. And your spiritual walk and your desires replicating the nature of Jesus, the character of Jesus. And that's what we have been talking all this time. okay as inspired by the holy spirit i never thought i will have to talk this much of time or this many minutes to recap but as inspired by the holy spirit i have spoken to you being his representee and it's not me who's talking absolutely it's only my voice but the words are from the holy spirit don't you think so father is talking to you we are all ambassadors We are all instrumental in His hands. No glory to us. All glory and honor, all praises belongs to the Messiah, the Lord Jesus. Okay? And we are not manufacturing these materials as a series to reveal our talents or skills. No. No. No. Neither are we trying to sell anything for our own benefit. But this is the reason why Jesus was sent. And everybody should understand that purpose. All right, beloved. That's enough for a recap. I hope you're with me so far and we will be winding up in a moment. Yeah, in this episode, God willing, or let's see, we may have one more last extended session. And yeah, we will end in style and God bless you all. OK, we are now marching into the most important episode and the last episode of this biblical series, the truth about the cross. and as i said jesus left two things after his resurrection or after he was taken into the uh heaven as an interest as our intercessor to be seated on the right side of the father in heaven number one is the holy spirit and we spoke a lot about the holy spirit in the last few sessions i want you to rewind your tape and go through that in chronological order of course and the second thing is grace grace grace i repeated it three times why because that's that's again another concept that's much as people have understood the concept of holy spirit and the powers and the gifts and the fruits which we had clarified in the previous session i think this is also another concept which is absolutely taken on the wrong side by the christendom today and it's been compared to the illegal terms yes you commit sin and you say grace is there waiting to forgive me Yes, it is. But you know, that is a thin line of difference. I will ask you a question, simple question. What is the difference between regret and repentance? All of us may know the answers, but actually that's the reason we are having this session to clarify those terms. therefore we start with the basics don't you think we have done all that we have done we have done we have done that always in all our sessions that we talk about the basics if you are clear on the basics then your foundation is laid well strong enough bible also recommends that those who lay foundation in the sand they build a superstructure their downfall will be terrible you know what does it mean you think you are the super duper christian you are that supernatural christian you have all the supreme power one fine day you will realize that no you have built your foundation on the demonic forces and heaven will push you aside and such a large superstructure building it with all pride and building with all wrong motives and intentions your downfall will be terrible terrible you'll be thrown into the lake of fire and some people i have seen even while they live on earth their downfall is already seen leaving behind a symbolic representation of this is how they'll be treated after their life from earth but those who shall build their foundation on the rock you know what rock means you understand that we have spoken about that moses spoke to the rock moses was supposed to speak to the rock the rock is demonstrated as a symbolic representation of jesus he's the rock of our salvation he's a refuge and fortress and as long as we stand on the rock Our feet shall not be moved, the Bible says in Psalm 46, Psalm 16, 8 and Psalm 62, 2. These are the verses which I could remember. And rock is something like solid, concrete, because that's how the principles of Jesus were. That's how the blood that was shed. It is solid. It's concrete. It shall not dissolve just like that. It shall not be moved. You build a structure on this, such a rocky foundation or whatever it may be. The Bible says that waves may come and toss against that structure. There can be a stormy wind that can come. A cyclone can come. A hurricane may come. But none of this shall touch that structure. Why? It is built on the foundation. Right Christian foundations. Right Christian principles. Right Christian ideologies. Right Christian agenda upon which this stupor structure is going to be built. That's your life. It's talking about your life. it's your well it's your well it's your walk with god it's your well-being how well you are doing on earth in your spiritual walk as far as your spiritual walk is concerned with god are you drawing yourself closer to god all this will be tested when the temptations of the world comes as a breeze and strikes against you or the or the storm that strikes against you the troubles making people or the troublesome moments circumstances incidents that you never expected unforeseen situations Satan will be always at work and so is the Holy Spirit never believe the lie of the devil only he is so busy no Jesus is even busier Holy Spirit is even busier and angels that are given in tons and millions and you know don't you think the reason you live don't you think the reason you drove to office and came back home is the mere grace of God and it's because of his angels that safeguarded you that you and I are alive. Yes, we have even more busy people with us. Do not look at those, you know, selling theories of devil. Those are mere lies. Yes, of course, he's busy. He's a prowling lion and he's waiting who I can devour. And it is a mere foolishness being deceivers. I mean, falling as a prey in the hands of deceivers and embracing the concept of self-deception. Keep yourself from self-deception. Bible talks about in the book of James. James chapter 1 and verse 22. Or James 4 and 8. These are the two verses you can talk about. The double-minded, wavering mindset and self-deceptions. And what can take us away from all of these? The lie of the devil. It's the blood of Jesus. It's the Holy Spirit who will work with us. Workmanship of Holy Spirit. Okay, now. Let's start with the basic question. What is the... Just to understand grace better. We are going to illustrate in a few minutes from now about the concept of grace. We are going to ask a few questions and then we are going to provide answers. But I can tell you this is the most ill-treated concept that was left after the cross by the Christendom today. And I will help you understand to the maximum extent. I'm not saying all, maybe few or maybe most. I leave the judgment to God but I have seen many people having this misconception of grace and sadly some of the pastors who stand on the full pit and preach something like this where sin multiplies that grace multiplies therefore do not be worried sin as much as you want shame on those people shame on those people how they ill treat the blood of Jesus those who mislead has a big have a bigger punishment you have not understood the concept of grace you better take time you better resign your post or job as pastor or whomever leading the prayer cell or whomever go take a break understand the concept of grace and come back and preach to your people because judgment on you will be much heavier that's why jesus was very heavy and hard targets were pharisees why because as much as you're teaching did you follow it or did you teach it to the fullest extent in the whole intensity of the meaning in which it it was supposed to be conveyed to your people, the disciples of God, the creations of God. Okay. Let me ask you the same question again. What is the difference between regret and repentance? I'll read it from my famous book, Oxford Dictionary. What else? Some of you are feeling, why are you sounding so serious this morning? I'm sorry, brothers. That's the... I have no words to express but what can I say When you talk about grace it not some joke It not some joke Some cheap jokes which you you know laugh when people when you watch a movie It's not something like that. It's not the cheapest element. It's the most precious element. And it costs somebody so much that he left behind this grace, grace. Okay, when you talk of it, you don't feel like joking. but I'm sorry if I have been sounding so serious that's not what I'm meant to be but yeah as much as you understand the concept of grace in your heart if it's embedded in your heart if it's engraved in your heart your Christian world will become so serious however the how will you exhibit how will you portray or depict the power of grace the end result will be joy happiness gladness wow that can be no sadness but it's going to be everything okay is everything is going to be okay no there will be troubles every single day as promised by jesus he promised something that there is redemption deliverance all of this but he also promised that is going to be troubles because you are the hot targets to devil and you can no way be free as long as you live on earth do not believe the preacher is telling you oh you come to jesus from that day onwards you will be free no no no it's other way around oh you come to jesus from that on earth from that day onwards he will teach you what the troubles are actually but the joy is but the truth is you will also be able to overcome and that's how your talents are going to be honored right it's not about your talent by your talent you you overcome no with the power of the holy spirit but you are the ambassadors of christ you will leave behind great testimonies and on that you will be rewarded book of life will be empty otherwise book of remembrance will be empty otherwise have you not gone through sufferings all of us go through sufferings and sufferings is good but as christians we alone suffer no second corinthians 4 17 says only for a mere moment there will be sufferings that will be permitted by god why only that adds glory that brings corrections that brings refining process in place and as you go through this refining process you will glitter like gold but only for a mere moment as much as you can bear only don't worry don't worry our god is loving god compassionate god he's not some sadist he's not some psycho sweeping across the streets and seeing whom i can devour and kill that's the devil it's not the father christendom i've misunderstood today only for a mere moment. Do not worry. Do not worry. Our God who permitted that in the same way in style he shall come to rescue you, free you. Don't worry. Angels are going to be helping us to overcome. Let me ask the same question again. What is the difference between regret and repentance? Regret goes like this. Feel sad about the loss or absence of someone whom you love. declined formally or politely or expressed with regret saying yeah i feel sorry but yeah what to do you will see the sad faces in the in the place where demise happened but the moment they start hearing about the person's debt or problems and etc slowly you will see one after the sad face is vanishing brother how is that you got to know about all this we thought we were the only one who knew the truth. No, no, all of us have seen this enough, right? That's the story behind feeling sorry, sympathetic or sympathy. It's not empathy. You know what is empathy? Empathy is making every effort to help that person and not just feeling sad. Again, you may not be able to completely deliver that person. You may not be able to help the person completely overcome the shortcomings, but you will give the best shot to give what you can from all of your might, from all of your strength, from all of that little you had saved. You will take a portion and bless the person. I'm taking an example, right? The person is suffering, not able to clear the medical bills and you have enough. And God has kept you healthy. Don't you think so? And whose duty? I'm talking about your near and dear ones. Your own parents, your own in-laws, your own cousin brothers, your own uncles, your own sisters. people think twice i'm not talking about some foreigner whom you knew or some stranger whom you knew not i'm talking about the closer ones that's the attitude we exhibit and we call ourselves proudly and boldly as christians okay this is the meaning of regret i feel sorry i how i would have wished have you heard that english right yeah i also studied in a very good school but yeah after coming here i've learned so many of these languages which i don't even which i've not even heard how i would have wished that all this would have become good for you or could become all right for you in what way it is going to make any difference in that person's life brother it's going to be a voice of irritation because the person is already in uh you know in such an overwhelming sadness not overwhelming joy a person who wants to help have you noticed many many people good people i'm not saying all about there are lots and lots of good people in christendom Absolutely. Just like how Jesus walked. They walked in loyalty. They would just pull out the check. They would just sign it and give it into their hands. That's it. Not a word. Not a word. One picture is equal to a thousand words. Likewise, one good deed of yours is equal to a thousand words of motivation, a thousand words of encouraging. And that's the sad part of regret. Right? You know what is repentance? again i will repent or repentance turn away from sin or feel remorse or feel sorry enough meaning that is the word enough that's that's the key of success what it means to say here is you would have understood the reason of behind all the sufferings that jesus will have to go through for you and me and you will have you would have understood the whole purpose you may be a sinner for so many years brother no condemnations absolutely no condemnations don't worry don't worry i've sinned so many times and who's going to pay my check of punishment or the bills of punishment god jesus our lord paid it on the cross do not worry do not rewind the tape that's the trick of the devil he always reminds you of the past sins past all things have passed away bible says you believe that or not you repent enough and you leave away that sin all the time and Jesus healed his people. That is one traditional statement that he would make. That is one remarkable statement he would make. Do not sin again. Else a worse thing can come and cling upon you. Your future can become worse. Take and read all the books of the Acts of Jesus. Matthew, Mark, Luke, John. First four books of New Testament. If you are so new to Bible. Please take and read all the four books. This is how Jesus would say. Do not sin. Meaning what? feel sorry enough feel shameful enough for one last time and do not look back Christian walk is not about looking back but it's marching forward marching forward towards the cross towards the cross and get closer to Jesus get closer to God Revelation 20 to 11 says that those that are filthy shall become more filthy those that are unrighteous shall become more righteous but those that are righteous shall become more righteous thus those that are holy shall become more holy those that are good shall become more good or they practice more of goodness and faithfulness that they learn from the cross. And there is no saturation point. There is no point of eternity. Oh, I've reached the top limit. I've hit the rooftop. No, you cannot, brother. You cannot, sisters. If you feel good about what you're doing, God bless you. God bless you. I'm not, Bible doesn't condemn you, neither do I. But do not get complacent. Do not get satisfaction that, oh, it's all done. No, our walk with God on this earth is like a battlefield. It's a spiritual warfare every single day until your last breath. Paul said that. Take and read all the epistles. You will feel that. Paul said that. After all, guiding all of you and preaching, if I alone default, then what is the use? Paul said that. Paul said that. It's like a race, but run with rules. Why? Because each time Satan will make you to become defaulters. defaulters so the simple answer is when you think of cross and the sufferings regret is not enough like how i gave you in a materialistic example or worldly example regret is not enough and continuing with the sinful life again and again and always connecting it with to the grace and we will talk about the definition of grace in a moment and saying that oh grace is there blood of jesus is there it's not some tap water brother it's not some element that is always waiting for you i told you that also psalm 103 9 you know the father spirit will not strive with the spirit of man forever neither will he hold his anger that is an upper limit already set as much as how the clock is set which measures the span of your life because god numbered all your days when you were sent to this planet earth as much as that he also measures measures the number of chances you would take and that is upper limit even for god he that is the upper limit for his patience he's slow to anger bound to compassion but bible never says that he will be patient forever and that's this verse don't you think so he will walk away from you he will not condemn you he will not curse you will walk away with a sad heart with a groaning spirit with a groaning grieving heart ephesians 4 30 romans 8 26 and psalm 103 9 these are the examples so brother rip and give away the past Do not look behind. Do not practice those sins. When you have been redeemed and washed, you have to come out of that. Another example is you need to replace it immediately. But just like that, you know, giving away, oh, brother, I have given away the habit of alcoholism, drug addicts or the smoking habits or watching pornography or whatnot. You have to replace it immediately. Else what happens? Bible says the devil is a devouring lion, prowling lion, and he will be moving across and he will be seeing that the house is kept in order. What does house means? Your temple, your body. The temple of God is kept in order. You're reading Bible. You're going to church regularly. You meditate. You sob in the presence of God. When was the last time you sobbed on your own bed in the middle of the night, thinking of the worst crime, the sins that you have committed? Satan is also watching all of this. And you know what he's going to do? He's not going to give up. One good quality I like from devil is he doesn't give up as much as the Christians who give up just like that. They will be almost there, but they would give up. but this guy is not going to do that he's going to come back in in power pulling all the you know seven more dirty devils seven more dirty rascals he will bring it along with that devil who had failed initially and he will ensure that you are devoured and bible says your state will become even worse than it what it was before and that's the power of repentance brother and and that's the power of replacing it replacing it you know grow grow stronger in your spiritual walks read the bible more meditate more fast and pray more and correct all the shortcomings of your life do not have that pull of the temptation say no to it resist the devil and he will flee away from you bible never says the other way here resist the devil and he will come and embrace you with the sweet kids no in the name of jesus you resist him what does it mean not screaming on top of your voice as i have heard most of the pentecostal churches in the name of jesus you get no you can talk in a mellow you know melody or you can talk in a mellowing voice it's enough but you say no to sin all the time that's what it means no to the pull of the temptation temptation is stronger bible acknowledges that temptation is not easy to overcome it's tough but it's not impossible with men it is impossible but with god all things are possible matthew 19 26 already i've covered half of my message as far as grace is concerned you this is what is grace giving a second chance but let's i thought i will have to start with this basic definition of regret and repentance and i'm sure you understood right as much as you've understood this you will automatically start practicing the power of grace or the reason behind the grace you don't need another session right If your basics are right, if your fundamentals are right, your advanced, you know, walk with God or your mature walk with God as a Christian is going to be far easier. You will not end up in any kind of, what to say, confusions or your talks would not be a talks of a diplomat. I thought so. How I would have wished that my walk was closer with God. Talks of a diplomat or talks of a politician. It will add no light. it will add no worth useless talks empty words yeah good time to sit and examine who you are brothers that I told you right you are the best judge to yourself you can judge yourself okay now since we have started with this basics yeah 45 solid minutes have gone and we have not yet gone to even the single word of the message which we are supposed to talk and that's okay that's the way how gospel must be read that's the how that's the way how i repeat it for the end time instead of you going through the bible in a hurry or in a traditional way let the bible go through you take your time take your time understand the word of god but i'll tell you the truth as much as you're spending time with the bible the reactions from heaven will be quicker and solid and powerful and they will ensure that angels come to your rescue holy spirit ensures that light is shed on you and the power of the blood and the power of the resurrection power of jesus are also at work and he's already our intercessor and all this works in harmony all these things what's together for your good bible says romans 8 28 okay now i'm getting into the actual message let me start with few questions and then we will give illustrations and we will talk about the differences okay and this is how we are going to be structuring our message okay let me start with the basic question now what is grace and what are some ways people have defined grace okay i took some of the top um or well-renowned definitions or well understood definitions given by some of the some of the best people on earth i'm i've just here i've hidden their names because there is one name which we will always glorify and our gratitude will be towards that one name and it's jesus and him alone therefore i just subtracted those names but what's important is what they have told or defined grace is to be right grace is free sovereign favor to the ill deserving somebody said like this I will reread it for you Grace is free sovereign favor That a golden opportunity Golden opportunity. Please come grab it. Today's offer. You heard it right. The marketing fellows. By the time you take the product and go home. Already the product will be gone. Sovereign product. They will be selling that way. Showcasing it with the golden paper and all that. You open the golden paper going home. The product is a counterfeit. That's not what he has told. What he told was an absolute lie. That doesn't match up with the product, the nature. No. What Jesus said, what God the Father said 4,000 years ago in Genesis 3, verse 15, is that what you see after 4,000 years reflecting on the cross, and even after 2,000 years since Jesus came and went, you will still see that glittering. Product is glittering. the blood of Jesus, the nature of Jesus, the power of Jesus. But what here is saying is grace is free sovereign, sovereign free sovereign favor to the ill deserving people like us. Filthy rag, sovy. There is no goodness yet. Grace gives us a second chance. Grace, grace marks. Have you heard? I have gone to, you know, to some of my teachers. Once I was not well and 40 marks out of 100 is the past mark. and I got 38 38 and I still remember clearly I think I was doing my sixth grade or sixth standard in Indian standards if I would be losing the two marks I will lose rank I will be called as a person who has failed no rank failure you fail in one subject no rank that's a good system I like it out of 613 commandments you fail in one commandment one mark gone you are still a failure in heaven and that's the reason grace was given why the second chance third chance in the name of Jesus through his blood you get that second chance you don't you're not counted as a defaulter who got that last chance you know who's the most luckiest guy in the bible guess what guess whom the person who was hanging on the you know besides jesus in the cross the fellow understood the concept of grace better than any of us even christendom preaching after 2000 years no one has understood to the extent of that thief who hung for a few minutes with jesus or few hours with Jesus and you know what he asked he was watching Jesus at a closer distance and some of the you know history says that the fellow had also heard Jesus somewhere and that's why he was talking already about the kingdom kingdom Jesus never spoke about kingdom while he was hanging for the three hours imagine some people have understood it a little differently that he got to know Jesus only for those three hours no looks like he was watching him from a far away distance And somehow there was something convicting in his heart. And yet, you know, I told you temptation is strong. Sin is strong. It pulled him away. But he got that concept of grace. He understood the way how Jesus was pleading for his enemies. Oh, there is grace. Grace is still alive. I get my grace mark still. And then he said the right thing. Jesus, remember me. Remember me during your when your kingdom is established. I think he was already talking about that thousand years of rain and after that eternal kingdom. Can you believe a thief understood the gospel better than the Pharisees who are standing down and abusing Jesus? Are you calling Elijah? Come down. That's why you cannot be big headed saying I Bible I read Bible 20 times. So what brother? Your knowledge is not even you know to the extent of a kindergarten child. The five year old kid who read the study Bible is better in knowledge and wisdom compared to you. with a long beard, long beard. Pharisees, rabbis are standing there and challenging Jesus. Save yourself and prove it to us. And the thief is silently watching all of this. And he was in kindergarten class only. But you know what? He did his subject or he did his studies perfectly well according to the kindergarten standards. That's all Jesus is expecting. He never expects us to become scholars and, you know, big theologians and gold medalists in Bible and Bible colleges. And no, no. it's a mere realization of who Jesus is and how close you get with God. Of course, he was hanging closer a few meters away from Jesus, but he was also close to God in terms of his heart, heartful desires. The soul was close, connected to the spirit of Jesus. And Jesus turned and said, oh boy, you understood. You understood. I'm happily saying it's finished because one soul understood right under the cross. of course there were ladies who were weeping and crying oh i can understand the agony behind the mother mary who brought his son her son with all love i'm sure he took good she took good care of because she knew that he's his son of god jesus i'm sure she was affectionate and they loved each other mother and son they had that that they had that that love that spiritual love and also that mother and son relationship they had and Jesus was also overwhelmed and she was weeping there but compared to all of that yeah that also would have given him a lot of joy but Jesus was feeling very very sad for all these people that's why he turned and said hey why are you following me it's okay go back home take care of your children take care of your children meaning what think through me and take good care of them and speak about gospel it's okay God doesn't like any of us suffering trust me when you go through some sufferings it's not how you know heaven enjoys the Holy Spirit groans Bible says okay you're with me brothers okay and he turned and said you understood today you shall be with me in paradise and you know what the fellow traveled with Jesus to paradise you know who is the first guest after New Testament to paradise this thief fellow and don't look at him now oh the steve fellow you know such a filthy rag no no no we are even worse than him why that fellow didn't have bible he didn't even go to church he was meeting i've probably felt whenever he was in the business of conducting a survey which house can i you know burgle tonight or get in tonight or you know planning for some you know you know breakdowns inside uh breakouts inside the house i think if he if he might have seen jesus crossing by or at a distance he would have just sat and bible is very passive about this fellow but these are my imaginations right and how is that he quickly understood the kingdom remember me when your kingdom is coming he said why kingdom man why should you wait for 2000 years in the lower paradise and all that or in the place of torment since you have told this it's grace that's the power of grace can you need a better illustration you say grace so i remember standing there you know I've been pleading, you know, sir, sir, sir, sir, sir, please give me two marks, please. And, you know, finally that guy gave me two marks and I still remember his name. I still remember his face. Yeah. Are we remembering the face of Jesus, the love of Jesus? Of course, there is no evidence of how Jesus looked. There are a lot of pictures in the Internet, but leave that all aside because that itself can become idealized. Idolized, right? It can become an idol tree. If that was the intention, Jesus would have clearly left behind this picture. No, that becomes an idol, no form. Our God is spirit and Holy Spirit lives inside us. OK, now I clearly remember that guy. You know, when I remember him, I remember the kindness with all kindness. I didn't have to I didn't even have to beg too much. He said, OK, two marks. OK, take it. And you know what? I got one of the best ranks. Only that subject, I was not well and therefore I didn't score well. Now, I'm not giving any idea to the children. Right. Go and stand and, you know, argue with your teachers on the grace marks. you know grace marks is it's demoning forget it you study well and get good marks by the grace of our lord jesus all wisdom will be given to you from heaven those that those that shall lack in wisdom shall ask unto me i will give to them liberally why that's the power of grace james 1 5 okay now i'm not leaving behind any bad illustrations don't don't misquote my messages and say this is what somebody told and i'm going to do this no as much as grace is understood we don't deserve yet it's given we don't deserve for forgiveness it's given we don't deserve for second chance it's given we don't deserve for good wealth and health in terms of spiritual and materiality it's given we don't deserve to be well placed in the society we don't deserve even to wear good clothes why jesus hung naked don't you think you and i deserve to be killed that way because of our sinful desires no we are we are we are forgiven we are not not forsaken or forbidden we are forgiven why because jesus suffered on our behalf he purchased us for a price again the same verse after code bible says that let's move on with the next quote time is running brother i told you right if you start talking about jesus this time is nothing one lifespan is not enough praise is love that cares and stoops and rescue rescues you know what is stooping you understood what is stooping, stooping down. I'm referring to my dictionary, having the back and shoulders rounded, not, oh, this is not conveying the right meaning. It's fine. Grace is something that cares, that stoops, that looks down on you, and then it rescues you. Although it understands, you don't deserve. Because Jesus left me in such a mighty, work behind that concept called as grace somebody says that grace is love it's nothing but love see when you love somebody you will not even think twice to forgive them 770 times that's what he says why it is so difficult for you to forgive your own children your own brothers sisters nephew niece and all that because you don't love them as much as love yourself you're violating the law what is the law love your neighbors as yourself as much as you love you you have to love others okay um now grace is god reaching downward to people who are in rebellion who are rebels against god and his kingdom can you believe the love of god can you believe what is grace although you deserve to be killed right now here right now right now at the same very moment god says no no i'm not going to kill no what is coming as a hindrance grace right hand side his son is sitting there with all you know scars on his forehead because of thorn and uh there is two big holes on the hand and feet and oh my goodness grace grace grace father will not be able to you know supersede that sufferings of jesus and showcase his anger to you no he says no i will withhold my anger grace is god reaching downward to people who are in rebellion against him yet forgiving them last and important statement these are the basics definitions of grace last and important one that's the truth grace is unconditional love unconditional love it doesn't have any limits although i referred a verse but then i told you right that limit is going to be so so so huge and you cannot even you know what is the biggest number if you write it down that number you can put in that that's how the heart of god is that's the power of grace beloved but please don't test god push him to a corner saying that no i'm the rebel i'm not going to if god can get irritated who in this world will be on your side can you believe god the most compassionate father is absolutely saying i'm done with you and walking away from you oh my goodness imagine the imagine your carnal nature brother please that's the worst thing that can happen to any christian god walking away from their life or holy spirit moving away from their life god grace is unconditional love towards a person who does not deserve it. You are worse than an animal. You are a drug addict. You are a rapist. You are a murderer. You are a liar. You are a cheater. You are a snatcher. You are a stealer. You are a person who is well renowned for bribery. Bribery. All kind of acts. Your name will be put there. But God says, no. You are still my beloved son. You know what makes him to tell that? Grace. Unconditional. No conditions tied off to the law. Old Testament law. Commandments or New Testament laws i told you right there are laws and commandments which we discussed some of them in our sessions grace is unconditional love towards a person who does not deserve it okay we will do one more um but i don't i don't know in the interest of time i think i will stop here beloved and we will meet you shortly in the next session where we will be i will set the context next session immediately deep dive into the concepts we will not spend any time on the basics or prefacing or recapping but little time went towards that and it was important to understand what grace was okay or grace is we are going to talk about the differences between grace and mercy many people confuse this mercy is a old testament topic and grace is a new testament topic agreed but do you understand the real difference how the old testament mercy works and how the new testament grace works we need to go through it and we are going to talk about the illustrations of grace illustration is different from definition definition is a definition and nobody knows whether you understood the definition or not that's why we need to illustrate with examples and we are going to do it okay and then we are going to conduct a detailed study of grace or nomenclatures of grace different parameters of grace therefore you understand we have we have certain titles we have certain biblical references all from now onwards it's all about bible sorry i I have hardly read Bible in the last one hour. I'm sorry about it, but I think you have understood. I've quoted many verses already, but I didn't read Bible with you. Forgive me. Have you forgiven? Yes. Yeah, but we have done enough of that reading. So I'm very confident we can cover all of this in the next session. We will break up now, and then we will meet you short in the next episode, part 8B, and we will continue, continue with the discussion on the power behind the grace. And that will be the last session. And that's sad and that's good. Okay. It's sad that we are ending up the series because it's such a rich context and rich, you know, contextually and content wise also. It's very rich, but we have to end somewhere. Right. Because we want to set certain standards. We want to give you a preference. We want to leave behind a model. Therefore, now you have understood. Right. And God will guide you. Holy Spirit will guide you how to research it more. Okay. Okay. Enough. Now it's a hover. therefore we stop here and then we meet you the next session and we i promise you we will cover everything in the next session and we will call it a series okay until then i'm skipping the song in the interest of time until then god bless you and i will meet you soon take care brothers and sisters
