[1:30] As we read in 2 Peter 2:1-3, false prophets will arise and deceive many people. They will deny the Lord who bought them and bring swift destruction on themselves. [3:45] So, how can we avoid these cult churches and protect our faith? By studying the Bible and being aware of the dangers of false teachings and deception. We must be like the Bereans, who searched the Scriptures daily to see if what they were taught was true.
