He's the tree of life He's the light of the world And He's the ancient of days He's my helper He's my provider He's my guardian And He's my God He always was Always is Always will be And never wasn't He's the son of man He's the son of David And he's the son of God He's the King of the Jews. He's the King of righteousness. He's the King of America. He's the King of heaven. He's the King of kings. And He's the Lord of lords. He heals the sick He protects the innocent He lifts the destitute He forgives the repentant He hears the cry of the afflicted and He sees what's done in secret So don't ignore him. Don't doubt him. Don't reject him. And don't let go of him. Because he's incomparable. He's incorruptible. He's invincible. and he's irresistible. His word is true. His grace is sufficient. His garments are white. His eyes are fire. His arm is strong. And his name is holy. He's the bread of life. He's the light of men. He's the lily of the valley. He's the Lord of the harvest. He's the Lamb of God. and he's the Lion of Judah. He's not a myth. He's not an idol. He's not a baby. He's not the God of Islam and he's not the God of the wicked. He's robed in majesty. He's wrapped in zeal. He's bathed in light. He's crowned with glory. And he's armed with strength. His character is flawless. His reputation is spotless. His love is boundless. His faithfulness is matchless. His word is priceless. and his kingdom is endless. That's Jesus. Give him praise. He's Emmanuel, God with us. He a refiner fire He a launderer soap He a wonderful counselor He's the desire of all nations. And he's a friend who sticks closer than a brother. He's the good shepherd. He's the true vine. He's the suffering servant. He's the redeemer of Israel. And he's the great high priest. And without Jesus, you're on sinking sand. without Jesus you won't find the way without Jesus you can't get born again and without Jesus you will never get to the Father he doesn't lie he doesn't break his promise. He doesn't forget. He doesn't hate you. He doesn't share his glory. And he doesn't fit in your box. Because he turns ashes into beauty. He turns sinners into saints. He turns death to life. He turns defeat into victory. And he turns his enemies into a footstool. He's the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He's the head of the church. He's the foundation of our faith. He's the judge of the living and the dead. He's the rider on the white horse. And he's the only one the Father can trust. In Jesus' name, the lame walk, the blind see, the deaf hear, the good news is preached, and the lost are saved. When I'm shaken, he's my rock When I'm lost, he's the way When I'm weak, he's my strength When I'm afraid, he's my courage When I fall, he lifts me up And when I'm rebellious, he disciplines me. He's not boring. He's not sleeping. He's not out of reach. He's not a respecter of persons. And he's not neglecting injustice. Now the Sadducees couldn't trap him. The Pharisees couldn't confuse him. The devil couldn't tempt him. The persecution couldn't shake him. Death couldn't scare him. the cross couldn't deter him the grave couldn't hold him and the gates of hell can't stand against him that's Jesus give him praise His name is Yeshua. He's faithful and true. He is high and lifted up. He's mighty to save. And he's awesome in glory. He's the spring of living water. He the sower He the servant He the strong tower And he the savior of the world He's merciful He's graceful He's faithful He's wonderful And He's all-powerful He's unmovable He's unchangeable He's undeniable And He's undefeatable He brings truth He brings conviction He brings justice He brings light and he brings love because he's sympathetic. He's sufficient. He's supernatural. He's sovereign. And he's the same yesterday, today, and forever. He's the Creator. He's the Teacher. He's the Potter. He's the Passover. He's the Bridegroom. And He's the Consuming Fire. He sits at the right hand of the Father. He disciples nations. He writes in the book of life. He walks among the seven golden lampstands. He holds the keys of death and Hades. He judges and makes war. And he's coming in his glory. Without Jesus' blood, you can't be righteous. Without Jesus, you can't have peace with the Father. Without Jesus, you can't overcome the kingdom of darkness. And without Jesus, you're not getting past the angel at the gate of heaven. You can't outlive him, and you can't live without him. Because his yoke is easy. His burden is light. His kingdom is eternal. And his tomb is empty. That's Jesus. Praise His name. He's the risen Lord. He feels our pain. He knocks on our door. He cleanses our soul. He lifts our burdens He bears our sin And He pays our debt He's the rock He's the gate He's the cornerstone He's the Messiah and he's the only way to heaven. Now the world can't understand him. Darwin couldn't remove him. The New Age can't replace him. Atheists can't see him. The wicked can't stand him. And Satan couldn't defeat him. So don't forget him. Don't deny him. Don't mock him. Don't accuse him. And don't betray him. He reveals mysteries He calms the storm He blesses the children. He cleanses the temple. He rewards the diligent. And he baptizes in fire. He's a warrior. He shines in the darkness. He breaks curses. He crushes the serpent. He drives out demons. And during the three days in the grave, He beat the hell out of Satan When I wander He finds me When in trouble He helps me When I'm confused He teaches me When I repent He forgives me And when I'm attacked, he delivers me. He gives sight to the blind. He gives hope to the hopeless. He gives grace to the humble. He gives strength to the weak.
