Transcript: Avoid Media Deception: A Biblical Perspective

BrowderDayBaptistChurch.com. Tonight is going to be a special sermon. We're going to pray and we're going to ask God to bless this sermon, but it's imperative we need to listen to this sermon. Okay, so let's go ahead and pray and ask God the blessing on it. Dear Heavenly Father, we just thank you so much, Lord, for all that you're doing in BrowderDayBaptistChurch.com and BrowderDayBaptistChurch.org. And we just thank you for all the listeners, Lord. We just ask you, Lord, to please open up the hearts and the ears of everyone tonight listening to this sermon. We ask you that you must bless it, Lord, and let it prosper. And we ask you, Lord, to please, Lord, work through me tonight and deliver this message clearly to the listeners. In Christ's name we pray. Amen. You know, a lot of us like listening to the media, and the media likes to follow after the evil one, you know. And the way I want to bring this up is to, I heard some people talking today about men wanting to have babies, you know, and all this crazy stuff that's going on in the world, you know. So, try gender. You know, it's, let's fall after their opinions. Let's fall after all the things of this world, right? So this coming out, let me tell you people, it's coming out of the woodwork. And you know what? If we ain't careful, we'll fall into the trap. We'll fall into the devil's trap. And that's not where we need to be. You see, right here is God's word, right? And God's word said, right here's where I started at, is in the beginning, what did it say? God created the heavens and the earth, right? God created the heavens and the earth, not man, no. And God what created what Adam and Eve and not Adam and Steve Okay We need to get back to the word of God The problem is we're falling so fast into the biggest temptation the devil wants to do is pull us more and more away from the Lord God Almighty who created us. Who created us? What did he create us? To love us. Right? We don't love God like we used to. No. We love the news and the media. And we want to listen to it every day of our life. The problem is we need to get back to God. But, you know, in our schools, in our little kindergarten grades, you know, they're teaching trigender. Honey, it's okay. If you're a boy and you want to be a girl today, hey, that's okay. Let's brainwash you today. That's what I'm talking about. God didn't say it's okay. It's a moral sin. And it's okay that, you know, the people war and the sin, and we just kind of like the Christians, wait a minute, you know, we're just standing back there watching all this stuff, right? No. We're supposed to be out there witnessing to these people so they can get saved and not die and go to hell. Where is our hearts at? Where is our minds at? Is it here in the Bible? No. It's sitting back and watching all this stuff go on. You know, it's okay to talk and laugh about this? I don't think so. I don't think so. God, help us. Get real. We need to be out there. You know here we see in the Bible and it teaches clearly Adam and Eve not two Eves not two Steves It teaches Adam and Eve got man and woman that has children and to raise them It's not two men raising a child. It's not two women raising a child. It is a man and a woman raising that child. and it's supposed to be raising it by God's word. We left this out. We have taken this out of the scripture. We took an S-O out and set aside to let it grow dust on it. That's not what it's supposed to be meant for. It's supposed to be meant for us to study and to grow toward God. God sent his only son to die for us to love us and we're setting him apart now and we're doing what it said in Mark you know some listen to the word you know and they just said you know devil's too powerful let's just choke these Christians out you know the devil's laughing The devil's laughing at us. Shame on us. We need to get out. And that God help us grow our nation back to God. You know, I'm kind of a blame here because I've not been preaching like God wanted me to preach. And I'm preaching tonight like God wants me to preach. We need to get off the couches. Quit eating your bonbons and looking out there what's going on in the world. People are dying and going to hell. Do you really want that on your mind? Do you really want that on your heart? Some of the goodness, greatest preachers have preached this for years. For what reason? For us to move on and take on the steps for us to do it now we shouldn be a dying culture of Christians We should be a proper growing Christians We need to be sharing God's word. Are you hearing me out there? Share God's word to those who are lost. Don't accept the devil's temptations. Don't accept the news and the media. Live for God. God built you from a baby up. Live for him. Do you know from outer space, if you are standing on the moon and you look at the earth, do you know you can't see yourself? Yeah, that's right. You're the most implicit, you know, smallest microbe of a mile. But God loves you and he knows every hair on your head. we need to grow up we need to get back to God's word and understand that it's not right for man to be with man and woman to be with woman and if we need to understand something else don't sit down and watch that crap you heard what I said it came out of my mouth crap and that's what it is let's get on the ball people get back to God God wants to save people. And they're going to have to use us to save them. So step out on faith like Peter stepped out on the boat. It's time, people. It is time. Wake up. Have a great night. Let me pray and we'll finish. Dear Heavenly Father, I just pray that people will take a stand and quit watching this mess, Lord. I just pray. We need people. Good, Godly people. that just take a stand and lead and pray and help people to know Jesus Christ as their Savior. Please, Lord, let this mission change people's lives. In Christ's name I pray. Amen.
