Music Music Our message today is entitled, Creator God Knows All Things Concerning You. The purpose of this message is to bring encouragement, hope, and increased faith in our eternal Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ. After much contemplation on where to start with this message title, I believe with the Lord's leading that King David is the best and possibly the highest example of one who defines the human heart in its every aspect, from the very worst to the very best overall example of character and personality in the purposes and motivation of the heart. We learn from Holy Scripture that the heart is said to be the central inmost decision-making place where human actions, thoughts, and plans are carried out. King David was said to be a man after God's own heart. The Bible tells us that although David was a righteous and noble king, he was subject to sin just like any other human being. For instance, when he sent his army into battle, he stayed home, And this was not a good choice for David because he pre-planned his great sin with Bathsheba while her husband Uriah was away in battle. David committed adultery with her, and in his effort to cover his sin, he finally had Uriah killed in battle. David was then confronted by prophet Nathan, who courageously exposed his wrongdoing. Once David was faced with a sinful act, he repented and asked God's forgiveness. Even though God graciously forgave David and his act of adultery, the consequences of the sin continued to plague and torment him. For instance, the child born to David in Bathsheba died as a result of his sin. Also, the example that David set for his sons was a horrible influence on them. One of David's sons, named Amnon, raped and dishonored his half-sister. Another son, who was called Absalom, rebelled against David and tried to usurp or take away his kingdom by force. With all of David's problems, even though being forgiven, there were lingering penalties, conditions, and situations, which were a direct result due to the sin, even though God had forgiven him of his sins. In Psalms 51, verses 1-17, we read of David's sincere, heartfelt, impassioned prayer of repentance after his sin of adultery with Bathsheba. Verse 1. and cleanse me, and make me wholly pure from my sins. I am conscious of my transgressions, and I acknowledge them. My sin is ever before me. Against you only have I sinned, and done that which is evil in your sight, so that you are justified in your sentence, and faultless in your judgment. Behold, I was brought forth in a state of iniquity. My mother was sinful who conceived me, and I too am sinful. Behold, you desire truth in the inner being Make me therefore to know wisdom in my inmost heart Verse 7 Purify me with hyssop And I shall be clean Ceremonially wash me And I shall in reality be whiter than snow Make me to hear the joy and gladness And be satisfied Let the bones which you have broken rejoice Hide your face from my sins And blot out all my iniquity and guilt Verse 10. the God of my salvation, and my tongue shall sing aloud of your righteousness, your rightness and your justice. O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth shall flow forth your praise. For you delight not in sacrifice, or else I would give it. You find no pleasure in burned offerings. My sacrifice, the sacrifice acceptable to you, O God, is a broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart, broken down with sorrow for sin, and humbly and thoroughly penitent. Such, O God, you will not despise. One of the main things that we see here and learn from David's great sin is the heart of the man in his genuine, wholehearted repentance of his wrongdoing, which in other places he describes as his beast-like nature. He asked God to have mercy on him, according to his loving kindness, and blot out all of his transgressions against him. David also asked God to wash him thoroughly from his unrighteousness and evil doing and cleanse him thoroughly from the stain of any sin. All of this said in the modern David vernacular, is David was sincerely admitting his sin was against God and it was rebellion against him who is the lawgiver and he, David, was in contempt of God's commandments and laws. David admitted that he totally missed the mark by the malignity of his great sin against his creator, and he felt the deep sense he had of his exceeding sinfulness of it. And yet the words of the Lord in Exodus chapter 34, verses 6 through 7 shows that God is a loving and forgiving God when a person is deeply and genuinely repentant for their sins. In other words, David knew that his sin came within the reach of God's pardoning mercies. In Exodus 34, verses 6-7, he declares, He, the Lord, passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to a thousand and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished. He punishes the children and their children for the sin of the father to the third and fourth generation. in a later psalm we see David the psalmist wrote in chapter 130 verse 3 through 8 if you Lord should keep account and treat us according to our sins O Lord who could stand but there is forgiveness with you just what man needs that you may be reverently feared and worshipped verse 5 I wait for the Lord I expectedly wait and in his word do I hope. I am looking and waiting for the Lord more than the watchman for the morning. I say more than the watchman for the morning. Verse 7. O Israel, hope in the Lord for with the Lord there is mercy and loving kindness and with him is plenteous redemption and he will redeem Israel from all their iniquities. King David knew that his almighty creator would forgive him of his great sin and he also knew that true repentance and forgiveness was necessary in order to be reinstated back into the Lord's place of acceptable worship. In verse 4, David says, But there is forgiveness with you, just what a man needs, that you may be reverently feared and worshipped. You see, only true awe and reverent worship of the Lord is considered as acceptable worship to God. And one last scripture that we must look at in laying the foundation of this word today, which is called Creator God knows all things concerning you. Well, let's turn to Psalms 139, which outlines God's perfect knowledge of man. We will begin in verse 1 where David says, O Lord, you have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You understand my thoughts far off. You comprehend my path and my lying down. and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, O Lord, you know it all together You have hedged me behind and before and laid your hand upon me Such knowledge is too wonderful for me It is high I cannot attain it In the next verses 7 David describes God omnipresence which means that his presence is everywhere simultaneously Verse 7. Where can I go from your spirit? Or where can I flee from your presence? If I ascend to heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in hell, behold, you are there. If I take wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me and your right hand shall hold me. If I say, surely the darkness fall on me, even the night shall be light about me. Indeed, the darkness shall not hide from you, but the night shines as the day. The darkness and the light are both alike to you. in our next verses 13 through 18 we see where David outlines God's divine omnipotence which in essence is saying God who is all powerful with absolute authority and absolute rule in other words there is no power or person created being that holds more power and absolute authority than almighty God beginning with verse 13 You formed my inward parts. You covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are your works, and that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in secret and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance being yet unformed And in your book they were all written The days fashioned for me When as yet there were none of them How precious also are your thoughts to me, O God How great is the sum of them If I should count them They would be more in number than the sand When I awake I am still with you And finishing up our scriptures in this wonderful psalm showing God's absolute knowledge, his wisdom, and involvement in people's lives, we see where in the last segment of the scriptures shows David's example of loyalty to God. Beginning in verse 19. Oh, that you should slay the wicked, O God. Depart from me, therefore, you bloodthirsty men, for they speak against you wickedly. Your enemies take your name in vain. Do I not hate them, O Lord, who hate you? and do I not loathe those who rise up against you? I hate them with perfect hatred and count them my enemies. Search me, O God, and know my heart. Try me and know my anxieties and see if there is any wicked way in me and lead me in the way everlasting. With these thoughts in his mind, David turned his attention to his present situation where his enemies were attacking him and he prayed that the Lord would slay those who were trying to kill him. These enemies were obviously hostile to God as well to David and were using the Lord's name in vain for evil purposes. In loyalty to God, David affirmed his hatred for them which means that he was rejecting those who hated and were rejected by God. By David saying that he hated them meant that he rejected them and would have nothing to do with them. And we see this clearly in Romans chapter 9, beginning in verse 13, where Apostle Paul is actually quoting Malachi 3 when he says in verse 13, It is written, Jacob I have loved, but Esau I have hated, held in regard, disregard, and comparison for my feelings for Jacob. What shall we conclude then? Is there injustice upon God's part? Certainly not. For he says to Moses, I will have mercy on who I will have mercy, and I will have compassion or pity on those whom I will have compassion. So then, God's gift is not a question of human will and human effort, but God's mercy. It depends not on one's own willingness, nor on his strenuous exertion as in running a race, but on God's having mercy on him. Let's face it. Throughout the holy book of life, we see that God Almighty sees all things, knows all things, good or bad, concerning every single person on this earth. Personally, you must understand, God knows all things in the past, present, and future in your life, dear listener. He knows all things about approximately 5 billion people in the world today and the other billions in the years to come. He knows their lives from the end to the beginning. He knows everything about every planet Asteroid, mountains, people's homes And their dwelling places And businesses all around the world He knows what you and I will say Before we even say it or do it He knows why you do the things that you do And he knows what's going on In this year of 2022 And how evil, sick-minded people Are orchestrating the genocide Or murder of millions of people through germ warfare, through the pandemic of viruses they have released around the world. God sees what they're doing in releasing what are known as chemtrails in the atmosphere by way of aircraft to poison the earth and the people who live in it. And this is no conspiracy theory, I'm speaking. This is factual and is real and deadly to the inhabitants of the earth. God knows and he sees the sick and wretched trafficking of children today, which has become more lucrative for these evil-minded people than the trafficking of drugs. These kidnapped children are taken to what are called DUMs, which stands for Deep Underground Military Bases, and there are more than a thousand DUMs worldwide. Besides being used for sexual pleasures and demonic sacrifices to their God, called Satan the devil. These tortured children are used for organ harvesting and adrenochrome, which is their blood that these sick people drink in their satanic worship. They believe that they will maintain eternal youth through the blood of the children. There's open talk of these sick people even talking about dining on flesh of human beings, and this is called cannibalism. yes it is sick and surreal to the redeemed mind of the Lord Jesus Christ but understand Satan's demonic world is real and alive in this earth and he is working hard to take as many souls with him into hell there are people who say since God sees and knows all things why doesn't he step in and do something about it all of this evil that is taking place in the world today And I believe that if we read the account in Habakkuk chapter 1, verses 5 through 11, we will see prophecy in which God shows his intention to raise up Babylon, which is a cruel, ruthless, and dreaded nation to achieve his purpose. And that is in our day. And I believe that's what we're seeing happening. Unless God intervenes, dear church, this is what is coming upon this whole earth, even the United States of America. Habakkuk chapter 1 verse 1 The burden or oracle, the thing to be lifted up, which Habakkuk the prophet saw. O Lord, how long shall I cry for your help, and you will not hear? Or cry out to you of violence, and you will not save? Why do you show me iniquity and wrong, and you yourself look upon or cause me to see perverseness and trouble? For destruction and violence are before me, and there is strife, and contention arises. Verse 4. Therefore the law is slackened, and justice and a righteous sentence never go forth. For the hostility of the wicked surrounds the uncompromisingly righteous. Therefore justice goes forth perverted. Look around you, Habakkuk, the Lord replied, among the nations and see. Be astonished, astounded. For I am putting into effect a work in your days such that you would not believe even if it was told to you. Verse 6. For behold, I am rousing up the Chaldeans, that bitter and impetuous nation who march through the breadth of the earth to take possession of dwelling places that do not belong to them. The Chaldeans are terrible and dreadful. Their justice and dignity proceed only from themselves. Their horses are swifter than lepers and are fiercer than the evening wolves, and their horsemen spread themselves and press on proudly. Yes, their horsemen come from afar, and they fly like an eagle that hastens to devour. They all come for violence. Their faces turn eagerly forward, and they gather prisoners like sand. Verse 10. They scoff at kings, and rulers are a derision to them. They ridicule every stronghold Verse 11 Then they sweep by like a wind and pass on And they load themselves with guilt as do all men whose own power is their God Wow, I believe we can see by reading this account in scripture that God will sometimes use evil to accomplish his plan. Scripture in Romans chapter 9, verse 21 declares, Has the potter no right over the clay, to make out of the same mass the lump one vessel for his beauty and distinction and honorable use and another for menial and ignoble and dishonorable use? Well, this is saying, in essence, that those who are ignoble and dishonor God are those who live in self-deception. Satan was Lucifer, the most beautiful of all angels, and he allowed pride in his heart to the point where he grew in self-deception and infected and took a third of the angels with him when he was cast down from the high and lofty place called heaven. Because of his contempt and his hatred and rebellion against God, he wanted to arise higher than God and take over the rule of the eternal realm. Amazing how pride in this case is like a talented artist who can magnify the smallest insignificant thing and beautify its ugliness and make it honor the genius of the fallen nature to where it loves everything wretched and contemptible, shameless and dastardly. You see, we must make an important distinguish between God controlling evil and God creating evil. God is not the author of sin, but he can certainly use sinful men and women who hate him and his people to accomplish an objective. Romans chapter 8 verse 28 declares, For those who love God, all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Understand all things here. Include both good and bad things. God has always used struggles, tragedies, disappointments to accomplish his will for his people's good. God is sovereign, and he demands that he be in control of all things, and this includes even the dreaded and evil-minded despots in our nation and nations around the world. The Bible is clear that God does not sin, and he does no evil. James 1, verse 13 declares, Let no one say when he is tempted, I am tempted from God. For God is incapable of being tempted by what is evil, and he himself tempts no one. Verse 14. But every person is tempted when he is drawn away, enticed, and faded by his own evil desire, lusts, and passions. Then the evil desire, when it's conceived and gives birth to sin, and sin, when it is fully matured, brings forth death. God is perfect in every way. and his work and all of his ways are full of justice. In fact, Psalms 89 verse 11 declares, Righteousness and justice are the foundations of your throne. Mercy and loving kindness and truth go before your face, O God. Jesus gives us as his faithful redeemed children and he gives a mandate in Matthew chapter 5 verse 48. Therefore, you must be perfect, growing into complete maturity of godliness and mind and character, having reached the proper height of virtue and integrity as your heavenly Father is perfect. He is telling us, as the body of Christ, that we must grow in godliness and maturity. Perfection speaks of maturity, dear church. Disobedience in no way is acceptable to our holy, righteous God who demands the same of those who profess to belong to him. The issue in Habakkuk was that God was using the Babylonians, who were evil people, to accomplish his will in bringing judgment to the vile, rebellious people who were using him for their own gain. I repeat that. These rebellious people were using God for their own gain. Our wise and perfect God can and does sometimes use the sin already existing in our world to fulfill his purpose Look at the perfect example of this in Jesus' crucifixion The murder of our precious Savior was an evil act But through God our Father's purpose and plan It provided the way for his redeemed children to be a part of his family This very act of our perfect Lamb of God who died a horrible death upon the cross for each one, disarmed the demonic powers and authorities of Satan the devil. Colossians 2, verse 14 tells us, God disarmed the principalities and powers that raged against us and made a bold display and public example of them in triumphing over them in him and in it, the cross. In reading the account in Habakkuk, we see God's whole purpose was to bring judgment on Judah for their idolatry and disobedience to God. Isaiah chapter 10 verse 5 says, Woe to the Assyrian, the rod of my anger, the staff in whose hand is my indignation, and fury against Israel's disobedience. So God's divine revelation to prophet Habakkuk then caused him to respectfully ask God how he could use a nation more wickedly than Judah to bring judgment against them. And God responded with a promise that he would later punish Babylon as well for their evil, vile, and wicked ways. And in the end of this account, Habakkuk could only acknowledge that the Lord was perfect in wisdom and he ends with a song with praise to the Lord in chapter 3. Dear listener, we may struggle with all of the whys and the hows about how God conducts his business, just as Habakkuk did. But we realize as we grow in maturity, however God chooses to carry out his business and his will on this earth, many times he miraculously intervenes, and other times it appears that he's doing nothing. But take heart, precious one, because he is definitely working behind the scenes to bring about his plan for his dear redeemed children who love him with all of their hearts and souls and everything within them. It appears even in our day This year of 2022 That God is allowing certain measure of Leeway or freedom to the evil forces That are a work in our nation and every other nation To bring about his plan and outcome for this generation But may I tell you and encourage you That if you and I will view and consider What is going on from our great God's All-knowing and all-wise perspective our reaction and response should be just like prophet Habakkuk and know without a doubt that our great creator God is in control of all things. Part of Habakkuk's song of worship in chapter 3 after the Lord spoke to him and enlightened him about his plan. In Habakkuk chapter 3 beginning in verse 12 the prophet sang You marched across the land in awesome anger and trampled down the nations in your wrath. You went out to save your chosen people. You crushed the head of the wicked and laid bare as bones from head to toe. You destroyed with their own weapons those who came out like a whirlwind, thinking Israel would be an easy prey. Verse 15. Your horsemen marched across the sea. The mighty waters piled up high. I tremble when I hear All this and my lips Quiver with fear My legs give way beneath me And I shake in terror I will quietly wait For the day of trouble To come upon the people Who invade us Even though the fig tree All are destroyed And there is neither blossom left Nor fruit Though the olive crop all fails And the fields lie barren Even if the flocks die in the fields and the cattle barns are empty. Verse 18, Yet I will rejoice in the Lord. I will be happy in the God of my salvation. The Lord is my strength and he will give me the speed of a deer and bring me safely over the mountains. Dear listener, God's knowledge and his ways are exceedingly wonderful and infinite. God knows all things and he cannot be lied to nor will he be manipulated or defeated or caught by surprise in any matter. God is able to stop any evil plan. And if he allows anything to go on in this earth he has a good reason for it because he knows all things and holds all power over all things and all people All people who are faithfully serving God and obeying what he commands according to his word can trust their Savior to lead and give them what is best for them at the right time. Just like prophet Habakkuk, you can be respectfully honest with your feelings and concerns before God just like he was in his day. Remember your creator knows all things concerning you inside and out because God knows all things. He can reveal things and show his people before things begin to happen. God knows even the number of the hairs on your head. He knows when the common bird called the sparrow falls to the ground. And surely if you truly love him, He has you in the view of his vision and the palm of his hand, dear one. Ephesians chapter 1 verse 11 tells us, In him we were also made God's heritage portion, and we obtained an inheritance, for we have been foredained, chosen, and appointed beforehand in accordance with his purpose, who works out everything in agreement with the counsel and design of his own will. Hallelujah. God knows and is working out everything in agreement with his own counsel and design of his own will. There are powerful and encouraging Bible verses reminding us of the fact that God knows all, sees all, good or bad. Make no mistake about it, dear one. God Almighty is in charge and in control. for instance in Job chapter 28 verse 24 the word declares God looks to the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens Isaiah chapter 41 verse 10 so do not fear for I am with you do not be dismayed for I am your God I will strengthen and help you I will uphold you with my righteous right hand Chronicles chapter 16 verse 9 For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the whole earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. Proverbs chapter 15 verse 3 The Lord is watching everywhere, keeping his eye on both the evil and the good. Psalms chapter 33 verse 13 From heaven the Lord looks down and sees all mankind. Psalms chapter 34 verse 15 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry. Jeremiah 23, 24 Who can hide in secret places so that I cannot see them, declares the Lord? Do not I fill heaven and earth, declares God? Psalms 139, verse 4 Before a word is on my tongue, you know it completely, O Lord. Hebrews 4, verse 13 Nothing in all of creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable. John chapter 14 verse 27 Peace I leave you, my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives to you do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. Isaiah chapter 43 verse 2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you. And through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, and the flames shall not consume you. For I am your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. And lastly, Matthew 28, verse 20. The words of the Lord from Adam. Matthew 28, verse 20. And be sure of this, Jesus says to us, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Dear listener, Jesus meant just what he says to you. You can be at peace in this day and hour when all things around you look bad, really bad. But be reminded that when your God who knows all things is on your side, no one can be against you. Though people ridicule you and call you names and character assassinate you, God is on your side. He gives you peace within so that the words of the unrighteous do not penetrate your heart and make their way into trouble your peace. Trust in him and face life courageously because the king of kings and the lord of lords live within you. He will not forsake you. Did you know that he hung every star in the sky and he knows the number of all of them and he's given a name to each of them? Do you think that he doesn't know or notice you personally? In Psalms chapter 147, beginning in 4, the word declares, He determines and counts the numbers of the stars. He calls them all by name. Great is our God and great power. His understanding is inexhaustible and boundless. How absolutely great is our God. grab a hold of that fact that God loves you and you are precious to him and he is looking out for you understand as well that all that we see and we hear and the horrible atrocities happening in our world today and the unfair justice and judges in our land will be recompensed in the day that they will meet their great judge once they take their last breath Revelation chapter 20 beginning in verse 11 tells the whole end of the story for them. Then I saw a great white throne and the one who was seated upon it from whose presence and from the sight of whose face earth and sky fled away and no place was found from them. I also saw the dead great and small. They stood before the throne and the books were opened and then another book was opened which is the book of life And the dead were judged, sentenced by what they had done, their whole way of feeling and acting, their aims and endeavors, in accordance with what was recorded in the books. Verse 13, And the seed delivered up the dead who were in it. Death and Hades, the state of the dead or disembodied existence, surrendered the dead in them. And all were tried and in their cases determined by what they had done according to their motives, aims and works. verse 14 then death and Hades the state of the dead or disembodied existence were thrown into the lake of fire this is the second death the lake of fire and if anyone's name was not found and recorded in the book of life he was hurled into the lake of fire you see at this judgment there will only be unbelievers standing before the throne they will receive no rewards because they live wickedly and rejected the only one who could save them from the eternal pit of hell. These people will have no place to flee, to hide. They must face the great judge who will cast them into hell forever. God knows what sinners are doing even in this day and hour, and his book will reveal the truth of their lives, because God knows all things concerning all people past and present. God does not find pleasure in sending anyone into hell as their final judgment but his word does teach that whoever loves him and serves him and is obedient to his ways will enter into heaven as their final resting place God does not send people into hell they send themselves by rejecting their savior hell is a witness to the awfulness of sin For those who are faithful listeners and do the will of their Lord and Savior in this day and hour, remember that your Creator knows and sees all things concerning you. Pray that He will keep you in the view of His vision, in the apple of His eye, and in the palm of His hand. Pray for those who are stumbling and weak in their faith. Pray for those who are not yet a part of the sheetfold of our dear Savior Jesus Christ, who is called the chief shepherd in 1 Peter 5, verse 4, and says, And then when the chief shepherd is revealed, you will win the conqueror's crown of glory. Pray for yourself that you will be faithful and true to the end until Jesus Christ, your Savior, comes for you and takes you home to the true land of the free and the home of the brave. and that is home of eternal life where you and I will dwell with him forever and ever. Hallelujah. Blessed be the name of the Lord who lives and reigns forever. .
