Yeah, you're going to open it up. Yeah, we're live. Hello and welcome to Brighter Day Baptist Church. For the very first time, we are together live. And we want to discuss with you all these new changes and new things that's happening with Brighter Day Baptist Church. We're so happy that my family got to come up and visit us. So we're live in the studio right now talking to you live. so I'm going to turn it over to Reverend Fred Proctor right now and see what's going on on his end and we're going to pull it together and share you what's new and what's coming up go ahead there dad thank you our son like he said we're alive for the first time we've been on the split screen but it was coming from two different studios We're in this one studio right here for the first time ever. And we're so happy and glad that you are here watching, visiting with us at brighterdaybaptistchurch.com. And we have a lot of new things that are happening. We're using some new equipment, a totally new setup as far as the camera and all of the everything. It's totally different. It works better. And we're so happy and so glad that you're here. and we've got quite a few things to talk to you about and to tell you. I do want to tell you that God is answering prayers because we have a prayer book, prayer request. Let us know if you have a prayer request, any kind of a special prayer request. Let us know and we will put your name. and if you'd like what we're praying about because a lot of these people they're bad situations as far as their health many of them have cancer many of them have cancer in the brain just different all kind of different situations diabetes, heart trouble you know the world's full of sicknesses and situations. The Bible says that man, and that's man and woman, boy and girl, all men, all people that are born of woman, their days are but few and full of trouble. So you may as well accept it, that you're going to have trouble and problems. but we are told Jesus told us to bring our burdens to him to pray and ask and he said you have not because you ask not but we have been asking on behalf of a lot of people and we are seeing great things we're seeing people that should be dead and in their grave and let me just clear this up We are not what they call a name it and claim it. I know if I'm watching somebody for the first time, I'd like to know what they believe and why they believe it. We are a conservative Southern Baptist virtual church. Virtual means that we've got everything that a church has, but we don't have a church building. We meet here online. We preach. Our son sitting right here, Preacher Eric Proctor, he preaches. He sings. I preach. I pastored eight Southern Baptist churches in my lifetime. And three of them were in West Virginia. and what we believe is we use the Baptist faith and message of 2000. That's what we believe. So we don't believe, we believe in asking like Jesus said. Ask. We don't demand and tell God to do something. We pray and ask. like I said, if you have a comment, You have a prayer request. You know somebody that if you want to pray for someone to be born again, let that be known. Give it to us and we will put it on. All right. I'm going to turn the service back over to Preacher Eric and he'll take it for a while from here. Well, thank you, Dad. What we're going to be doing, some of the new stuff I want to tell you about is on the very front page of all our websites, we're going to be putting on a thing, how to know how to become saved by the Lord Jesus Christ. It'll be on our very front page. So if you do not know how to become saved, you will know how to become saved right on our very front page of the homepage. Next, we're going to be changing is our prayer sheet. It'll be where you can definitely, there is a place on there now you can submit. But we're going to be able to, you'll be able to see your stuff online that you have submitted so others can see it and pray for you too. I think it's important that we need to get these things stipulated on these pages so that you can see it. Know that your prayer is being prayed for on a daily basis and especially on Wednesday nights when we have prayer meetings. So you know there a lot of hurting people you know and we want to get as many names up as we can So if you would go ahead and there is a I believe on brighterdaybaptistchurch.com, I believe there is a place that you can submit your prayer request right now. And we will be able to get that and put that up. But there are going to be, like I said, these two changes, the how to become saved on the front page, And also a new prayer sheet page where it's going to have, if the person wants it in their face, a picture of them and a little bit about them and what they are, what their prayer request is. And that is up to the person if they want their picture. But if you want your picture, you can submit that and we'll take that and put it on the prayer page too. All right. So I'm going to turn this back over to Dad. All right. Thank you. Excuse me. Thank you, Eric. I'm going to call out a few names because, see, I'm out. My studio is back 700 miles down the road. I don't have all this stuff in front of me, but I'm going to call out some names that we've been praying for. Melvin Johnson and his wife, Judy Johnson. Melvin has problems with his legs. They think it's neuropathy, but they can't figure out what to do about it. And he has an appointment coming up with a neurologist and certainly continue to pray for Melvin Johnson, Judy Johnson, and all of their family. And we've been praying for Randy Kent. he had a stroke about five months ago and it affected his present memory not you know from the day that he had the stroke forward he has he doesn't have he doesn't remember having a stroke he doesn't remember things that happened after the stroke but everything that happened before it he remembers it just like he's never had a stroke so we want you to continue to pray for randy kent and his wife shane kent and all of their families continue to pray for them and pray and ask that if it's the will of god randy's memories will come back and because randy's a great mighty christian he was a deacon in the church in south carolina is also the music director and he we've known him and also for randy's brother sammy kent i will make this announcement we will be adding a a new page on brighterdaybaptistchurch.com that has to that deals with prophecy Sammy Kent has written a book and it's in the process of being published right now and we will be making that book available if you'd like to purchase it I don't know all the details but it's going to be a good price and the title of it is Who is the Antichrist so you will want to get this and we'll keep you up to date and some other prophetic preaching and so I don't want to get off of the prayer page but I did want to put that in I didn't want to forget it so prayer and then prophecy All right. Another prayer request is Amanda Crisp. She has cancer of the brain, and she's going through a very rough time. Please remember Amanda Crisp and her mother and her two sons, all that family. I know that God can do all things also continue to pray for Becky Duncan she has cancer in three or four places and they were ready to write her off at the hospital and say that she's she's basically dead but she's not dead, she's doing much better breathing on her own And we attribute that to the power of prayer. So please remember that special object of prayer. And certainly continue to pray for broaderdaybaptistchurch.com, broaderdaybaptistchurch.org, and all these other channels that we have, and the two radio stations, WFSP-AM, WFSP-FM-AM, but it's AM and FM. So you can go over there and listen. You hear preaching. You hear singing. I'm going to turn this back over to Eric. And then when I come back, I want to give you just a little bit of the history of how things got started and how long it's been going. So go ahead, Brother Eric. I want to let you know how we're impacting the countries around us. Me and Dad went in here yesterday. I believe it was a little over 7 million. Yeah. And we was touching all over the world. Hong Kong. I know we had 578 that came on board from Hong Kong I know that in the United States alone we had a total of I believe it was 180 thousand people that has been on here. But we're all over. We're in the United Kingdom. We're in France. Like I said, China. But there's so many other countries that's been impacted by this Brighter Day Baptist Church. And please keep, I've talked with Dennis. Please keep his church in Kenya, Africa. Please keep him in prayer as he continues to do the ministry over in Africa. So we're going to continue as we give this over to Reverend Fred Proctor. All right. Thank you, Eric. I just want to give you a little history. Our firstborn son, Fred Proctor Jr., he is our chief engineer. And as I said, I have pastored eight Southern Baptist churches. I preached my first sermon in 1962 at West Court Street Baptist Church in Marion, North Carolina, USA. And I say USA because Eric just told you we're watched and listened to all over the world. So, and then, of course, I preached, like I say, and pastored eight Southern Baptist churches. And in 2004, our firstborn son, that's our senior engineer, Fred Jr., he and I sat down. It was somewhat different because this is an online church. but he built the first website that we had. It was called Telling the Story, and that was in 2004. I didn't know anything about building, and I still don't know anything about it, but I said, you build it, and I'll promote it, And it has been going continuously since 2004. And then about two years ago, we changed the name because of COVID and all that was happening. And so we and our son, Preacher Eric Proctor, is the webmaster. He builds these websites. He built this, broaderdaybaptistchurch.com.org and many other outlets that we preach on. So this is not something that just popped up six months ago. This has been going since 2004. Even back, and I was looking back, because we know how many people visit. we know how long they stay on we know what they look at we know what they listen to and it's not we're spying on people we're not we just know what country you come from we don't know your name but even back as far back as 2007 we were receiving some months we were receiving over 2 million visitors per month in about 150 countries from all over the world. I mean, getting contacts, people sending us messages, people inviting me to come. I know one situation where a small, I guess, a new church in India had got started and he he told me he said we don't have a preacher but we meet in our church building and we walked you well they couldn't watch me they could hear me because we didn't have a video back then and said they come and we we everybody listens to you preach and uh always that I preach, I have always given an invitation so people were being saved even back then. God has just prospered. It is absolutely amazing what God has done with this ministry. I mean, I don't know how many channels we are on. I can't keep up with all of it. I really believe that it's over 100. We have preaching, videos. Of course, everybody likes video, and that's what we've got. God's blessed us to be able to do this, and podcast, and YouTube, and what's that other cube? The other one. Ultimate Cube. Ultimate Cube, yeah. God is really blessing that mightily so I just wanted you to know that we have been going constantly since 2004 so that I think that's about 22 years I think that we have been on live well a lot of it wasn't live we didn't have that ability back then. But God is giving man the ability to do great things. And we know, we know right here that we're on the brink of something even much greater. You know what I mean? There's so much that's coming that we will just be able to do so much more And we always do it for the glory of God we always preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and always give an invitation and invite people to accept Jesus Christ as their savior for without him you'll die and go to hell and although you say well you shouldn't talk about hell well I wish I I didn't have to talk about it, but I will tell you this, and it's a fact. When Jesus, in his earthly ministry, was about, well, he was about 33, I think, 33 and a half years that he lived until he laid down his life for us. And about three and a half years of ministry, he preached more about hell than he did heaven because he didn't want anybody to go there. You don't want to go there. It's a terrible, terrible place. And that's why we present the gospel of Jesus Christ. To lift him up and tell you, ask him. You can pray a prayer, something like this, Lord Jesus. I know I'm a sinner. Oh, Lord Jesus, come into my heart. Come into my life and save my soul. I accept you. I confess my sins. I repent of my sins. And all of this is done in this almost instantly where you're talking to God. And then he said, For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Now, listen, listen. wouldn't you like to know that you know that you know that you're going to heaven well you can know that you can definitely know that I know I've dealt with a lot of people that say we'll never know till we get there and do this do that no believe on the Lord Jesus Christ we use it's called the gospel in a nutshell John, St. John, chapter 3, verse 16. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. And that whosoever is you, you, you in London, you in the Ukraine, you in Russia, You're in communist China. You're in South Carolina. You're in Pennsylvania. North Carolina. Wherever you're at. Because the Internet now covers the entire world. And I said it. I think we are the first. I'm almost positive we're the first generation. Eric and I and Stanley and all that keep everything going. We are right there in the midst of the first. to ever preach the gospel to the entire world. We lift him up and I ask you to accept him. I also ask you, what are you waiting for? What are you waiting for? The Bible said, behold, today is the day of salvation. And one of our other mottoes is, do it now. Do it now. While the Holy Spirit is convicting you of your sins and you say, oh, I've got so much wrong in my life. Everything is going wrong. My marriage is wrong. My children are wrong. I mean, we know about that. We know about it. And we know who to point you to to get it straightened out. And that is the Lord Jesus Christ. So I ask you, walk. What are you waiting for? All right. We thank you so much, Lord, that the ones that are listening and being convicted in their hearts right now, Lord, that you would just bless them and lead them into the paths of righteousness, Father. We ask you, Lord, to open their hearts, Lord, and receive you as their personal Savior. We just thank you so much, Lord, that we have the opportunity of sharing this time with our listeners.
