[0:00] Welcome to our channel, I'm your host today, and we have a special guest, Pastor Oglephant, who's going to share with us his humbling experience in ministry. He's been in the ministry for over 20 years and has learned some valuable lessons along the way.
[1:30] Pastor Oglephant, can you tell us a little bit about your journey and what led you to where you are today? Well, I remember when I first started out, I was full of pride and thought I knew it all. But God had other plans, and He humbled me in some pretty significant ways.
[3:45] One of the biggest lessons I learned was the importance of humility in leadership. I realized that when we're proud, we're not only hurting ourselves, but we're also hurting those around us. But when we humble ourselves, we open ourselves up to God's guidance and wisdom, and we become more effective leaders as a result.
