Wrestle not against flesh & Blood Song – Spiritual War!
https://youtu.be/IkIHK_ekWLQ
I wonder if Christians really understand what the scripture teaches about Spiritual warfare?
Take a moment now to refresh yourself in the scriptures because you will forget later!
Read Ephesian 6:10-18 & 1st John 2:1 & 1st Tim 2:5, & Job 1:6 for content and meaning to putting on God’s full armor in times of trials.
If you fail to take time to understand God’s basic truth on warfare now, then don’t complain to God when things happen and you don’t understand them.
As I remember while putting this song together, I wondered how I could master a melody that describes the spiritual battle in the unseen world as God defines it.
There had to be an unusual battle melody that one can feel the mood and conflict of the enemy’s strongholds.
In contrast to the battle, there had to be a victory side with a choir and me singing.
Incidentally, I sing the words exactly from Ephesians 6 in with little changes in the words to drive home the truth of spiritual warfare and that this is not some man made theology.
Now try putting a song melody together and then try fitting in exact scriptures as the Bible outlines spiritual warfare was certainly challenging.
2nd Corinthians 10:4 has an emphasis on pulling down enemy Strongholds.
So what does pulling down Strongholds mean?
Strongholds are “arguments or a high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God”.
A stronghold is an action where Satan can keep the unbeliever captive or the believer incapacitated.
Defeating Strongholds are in many cases gaining victory over the downward pull of our natural sin nature inherited by Adam.
In other cases, it’s warring against lawlessness.
Our sinful nature is always warring against God’s new nature He gives us when accepting Jesus Christ, Roman 7.
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 2 Corinthians 10:3-5.
Keep in mind that through trials, Jesus in our intercessor between the Father and is always pleading our case before the Father, like a defense lawyer on our behalf against the demonic spiritual forces.
All my songs have a biblical message and a variety of beats and rhythms so that each song is different and one cannot easy match my style to another artist!

Share with others if you were blessed! Thank you!
