It's the "Look at me, look at me, look at me!!!" syndrome... or more simply put - being full of yourself.
A Toxic Narcissist: Any extremely self-centered person who has an exaggerated sense of self-importance, (and modernly) may exploit social media websites such as Facebook and YouTube to relentlessly self-promote themselves.

What does the Bible say about that? Plenty. Here are three examples.

2 Timothy 3:1-17 ESV
But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.

Matthew 7:16 ESV
You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles?

Luke 9:23 ESV
And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me".
