They've got to identify how much money is in it. and the Bible also says that we are to obey the law and the law says that if you find something you are to turn it over to the authorities. If nobody claims it, then it's ours. You gotta go that route, don't you? I gotta do what the Bible says and you know what? I guess you can pray that nobody claims it.
