Pastor Jay unboxes a Blu-ray Classic Cinema Magazine package from MVD Video Distribution.
The package includes a three-disc set of Lucio Fulci's House by the Cemetery.
The set features a restored 2019 Blu-ray disc, extra features, and the original motion picture soundtrack.
The package also includes a booklet with behind-the-scenes information and pictures of the film.
Greetings Classic Cinema fans, this is Pastor Jay here on the Classic Cinema Magazine unboxing video today we got a package from MVD video distribution good folks at MVD distribute a lot of different videos and got a new package here something in here we're going to unbox this or unpackage it if you will and we're going to look what's coming to classic cinema magazine this one is just a unboxing just to kind of see what's inside and then we'll have a full written review of what's ever in here on classiccinemamagazine.blogspot.com. Say it feels like a Blu-ray. All right, this is, oh, wow, this is, whoa, this is stellar. Wow. This is unbelievable. Okay, I'm talking and looking at it and not showing you. Okay, this is really awesome. Wow. Okay, this is from Blue Underground. Blue Underground does a lot of the kind of B-movie titles and releases those ones. This is really awesome. Look at this. I don't know if this is going to show up on the video as good as it is. this is literally like a 3D effect, this lenticular cover here. When you look at it, you can't really, I don't think you can really see it in the video there, but this is a lenticular effect and it has I mean the zombie here and the cross here and then the house and all it literally when you look at it like I looking at it you can see it in levels It is so cool Like I said you can see it on the video. That is sad. I wish you could see that in the video. That is really cool. wow is that awesome anyway this is uh lucio fulci's uh house um house by the cemetery uh so really i love that oh man that is so amazing that is so cool all right anyway but that's your slip cover there uh very cool man i wish you could see that i wish you could see the way that is but that is really cool all right also uh in this collection though uh there's it's a three disc set okay so it's a three disc set here and on this three disc set here we get all kinds of cool stuff. All right. You get the feature film restored the 2019 restoration disc here on Blu-ray. Then you get disc two on Blu-ray is your extra features. So that's pretty cool. And this is really awesome too. Look at that. This disc is the original motion picture soundtrack. So that is really awesome. All right. All right. Let's take a look deeper at the packaging because it's kind of cool. For this, you get this artwork, which is basically what's on the lenticular slip cover. But if you want something different, which I probably will do that, look at this one. This is the different cover here. Very, very cool. House by the Cemetery. Very awesome. So yeah, that is really... I think I'm going with this cover though. Because the slip cover and this cover is the same So why not do something a little different like that Yeah so that probably what we going to do that is really cool I love that alright included in this collection or in this set here is a booklet that has all kinds of stuff about the cast, and it has interesting Freudian slips, talks about different things like that. Very, very cool. Yeah, it gives you all kinds of behind-the-scenes pictures of the film. Kind of cool. All right, so what is House by the Cemetery? Well, let's get a little bit deeper into this. A young family moves from their cramped New York City apartment to a spacious new home in New England, but this is no ordinary house in the country. The previous owner was the deranged Dr. Freudstein. Freudstein, Freudstein, whichever you want to say. Those whose monstrous experiments, human experiments, have left a legacy of bloody mayhem. So really kind of cool. So House by the Cemetery. Oh, man, that looks so cool. I wish you could see that. Wow, that is just so cool. So, yeah, that's going to be an interesting one. Lucio Fulci is known for his somewhat over-the-top horror movies sometimes. They're a little more violent sometimes. But I'm still looking forward to checking that one out. That's going to be pretty cool. So, I like this, actually. This is, wow. I like this. So you get this, which is really cool. And then when you take it out, you get that cover. So that's the way we're going to do that. So that's pretty cool. I like that. Three discs at Lucio Fulci's House by the Cemetery.
