Pastor Jay unboxes two classic Christian DVDs from Warner Archive.
The first DVD is Angels in the Outfield, a 1950s original version with Paul Douglas and Janet Lee.
The DVD includes special bonus features such as vintage short Donkey Baseball and a classic cartoon Jerry and the Goldfish.
The second DVD is a Tex Avery collection, featuring the complete Droopy collection with 24 cartoons on two discs.

We're not going to spend a lot of time on this one, but we got a package here from Warner Archive just a few moments ago, and we're going to unbox it together, see what's inside, and realize that both releases that are in here are going to get a full written review at classiccinemamagazine.blogspot.com. Going to be awesome. Going to be cool. Let's jump into it. See what's inside. And kind of a cool little mix. Let's see. We're not even going to look. We're going to jump right in and see what the first one is and where we're going to go from there. All right. The first one on the... Oh, I love this. First one in the box, in the package. is uh angels in the outfield um this is really cool because um baseball season is uh is right upon us opening uh as we're we're recording this uh opening day is uh just around the corner it's not going to be too far away from now uh in baseball season and so yeah i i've always loved baseball films i love sports films they're one of my favorite things i i don't know i'm just a big sports geek, I guess. But I love it. I love sports films. And this one has always been one that I've always loved, ever since the first time I saw it. And many of you may only remember the Disney version of Angels in the Outfield Well this is the original version Yes there was an original version Yeah In the 50s they did Angels in the Outfield And this has Paul Douglas and Janet Lee in it. Very, very cool. And it's just what it is. It's a baseball team needs help and they get help heaven sent by an angel. So, really, really cool. Angels in the Outfield. There is some special bonus features in here. This is really kind of cool. All right. I like this. In this, on this DVD here, you get vintage short donkey baseball. You get classic cartoon Jerry and the Goldfish. That's from Tom and Jerry. And audio bonus radio show adaption featuring Janet Leigh and George Murphy. That is so awesome. Wow. I'm looking forward to that. All right. So yeah, that is real. Man, I love that they did that. The radio program too. That is, that is really cool. All right. That is, that is out of this world. That is awesome. Wow. See what I did there out of this world? Yeah, I didn't mean to do that, but that's, that's pretty cool. All right. Um, these are, um, uh, releases that are made on demand. Uh, So they're burned copies. But that's okay. Angels in the Outfield. Having Angels in the Outfield is totally cool with me. I love it. Yeah. So this one's going to be coming for a full review at classiccinemamagazine.blogspot.com. All right. What else is in the package? Let's see. This one is in the package. I love those that remember this past month we reviewed it we unboxed it and we also reviewed it at Classic Cinema Magazine We'll see if we remember to put a link there. We reviewed the Tex Avery collection from Warner Archive and what an amazing set that was. What an amazing Blu-ray that was. Well, it was so cool that we had to get this one from Warner Archive. And, yeah, I love this. This is another Tex Avery collection. This is Droopy. I love Droopy. Who doesn't love Droopy? Droopy was just so awesome. Just that so laid back, so, you know, I don't know, man. Droopy was just unique. Always chasing down the criminal or whatever, and they would always go, the wolf would go all the way around the world and everything trying to get away from Droopy, and there he was, you know. It was just cool. This is the Droopy collection. These are the complete Droopy collection, which I love that. These also are made on demand, So, you get two discs set. There's the first one. And there's the second one. And you also get bonus features on this. You get special features including Droopy and Friends, a laugh back retrospective of Tex Avery's career and his iconic characters. As well as doggone gags, great funny moments from the Droopy series. So really cool 24 droopy cartoons on two DVDs Very very cool And who doesn love that Who doesn't love that? That is just...
