Hello my dear brothers and sisters. Good morning, namaskaram and good evening wherever you are in any part of the world. We are all children of God and I am very very glad to be part of these sessions again and I am really excited. Every single session just gets one thing in me is excitement. Well, brother don't you get excited in any other things that you do in life? that you do in life yes i do get excited a lot but in this time and you know the meditation in the word of god really supersedes any of the excitement that i might go through in my life why because we are here in the business of discussing something very very important that is nothing but the word of god and god our father wrote only one book and the name of the book is the holy gospel and he did not write 100,000 books therefore you can pick and choose which one you want. Of course John the apostle made it very clear that if I were to sit down and write everything that Jesus spoke and taught and did this world would not be good enough to contain those books because God's nature, God's wisdom, God's understanding is beyond our imagination. Yeah and his love is also steadfast. Bible says which is also beyond our imagination. I always used to wonder, God, why would you love a wretch like me? I personally know I was in sin and then God redeemed me and delivered me and he had granted me a new life, a new birth and I'm born again, a new creation in God. All those things, 2 Corinthians 3.17 and I'm alive in spirit, I'm born again in spirit, therefore I'm walking in spirit according to Galatians 5.22-23, I have the fruit of the spirit and 2 Corinthians 5.17, I'm born again in spirit and all these things and the privilege and the respect, do I really deserve, right? You really need to show this kind of respect to me, Father. I always used to question him. And he tells me just one thing. When I see you, I see myself in you. Simple, right? God creates you and me in his own image. When we say image, it's not about the nose, the eyes, the eyelashes and eyebrow, doesn't that? No. it's about the inner man and that is a person called a soul that is sitting right inside of us and soul is immortal according to Ecclesiastes 12.7 the spirit returns to God and our body which is made from dust returns back to dust that's why don't spend too much of time in varnishing and polishing your body going to spa and this beauty parlor and all that I'm not saying you should look ugly please shave neatly like how I've done and trim your mush and all that don't grow your hair all across your face and look ugly. Some people, you know, grow long hair. It is not permitted according to Bible. People means men, right? And ladies likewise, you know, full cut. You know, some people even shave their head. Some ladies don't. It's an abomination according to 1 Corinthians. So please follow the Bible and its standards, right? And if you follow this Bible, the laws and commandments, you are going to be a very clean person by nature, not only outside, externally, but even inside. The nature of God is going to, you know, kind of be instilled in you, you know, and it will be manifested. Alright, so I always begin with a brief introduction about God and His glory and His greatness. A warm welcome to this short session and we are going to discuss today about a very, very important concept and the world pretty much knows about this concept. In fact, majority of the world is already into this concept. You know what is that? It's called this violence. Brother, there are so many topics in the Bible, come on should you really pick something like this violence and already there is so much of violence commotion mob gathering nation fighting against nation you know kingdom fighting against kingdom it's pretty hard here kingdom fighting against kingdom and should we really discuss about topics like these come on there are so many topics about salvation deliverance redemption second coming and whatever if you don't handle this violence properly your chances in heaven in eternity everlasting life and even receiving the mercies of god is almost nullified you're finished right and many people think see just now i gave the description for violence that is your understanding right violence means what two parties fighting against each other gang war violence correct War happening between Ukraine and Russia, Lebanon and Israel, correct, no problem. War happened in the past, First World War, Second World War, violence, correct. Or some bunch of gundas, we call here as gundas or you call as rowdies, you call as rascals, you call as rogues, all constitute the same meaning, right. Bunch of guys, they barge into your home, they say that get out, from today it is our home. What is it called as? Violence. harassment and violence they are married to each other correct i agree with you but how many of you know according to the bible not only these things the list of things what we have now you know described is all about violence but there are many many things that happens right inside of us bible calls those bunch of things also as violence in fact according to god these eyes are eyes of purity. Zachariah 4.10 says that Abagok 1.13, Psalms 14.2, you take and read all this. It talks about this ice of purity. It moves across the ends of the earth and when he looks at the wicked things, his eyes slip away from those. I mean, he is not even able to look at. It's not about slipping. Slipping means don't misunderstand, right? God is, you know, anyway, it's a violence, let me not even think about it. It's not about that. But God can't withstand something called as violence or wicked or evil or something like that and god is not even able to look at it why because he is so pure he's so holy his eyes are eyes of purity and don't you think so we being the creations of god our father literally expects or deliberately expects that you and i should behave like him you and i should walk like him you and i should talk like him you and i should the mannerism the you know forgiving people what is the character of god anybody tell me what is the character of God? Back in the show it in Bible. The character of God is very simply described in the fruit of the spirit. Galatians 5, 22, 23. He is God who is full of joy, love. You know, he is peaceful in nature and he always longs to see the peace on earth and he is full of compassion, patience, tolerance, long-suffering, right? And he is full of goodness. He is good God, Bible says. He makes all things work together for our good. And Romans 8, 28 says that Jeremiah 29 11 all his plans for us are for good and not for evil there is no evil there is no room for evil there is no room for wicked thoughts and he's God who is full of holy holy and holy right we sing Lord of songs holy holy holy Lord God Almighty early in the morning my song shall rise to thee Holy, holy, holy, merciful and mighty, God in three persons, blessed Trinity. What does it describe? What does it constitute? It constitutes one thing. It describes one thing. That God is good and also he is holy and pure. He is good because he is holy and pure. And that's what God expects us to be like him in return. Why? Because the image of God is in us. And there is no way that we can get indulged in violence or involved in violence. Because Galatians 5.22-23, the character of God does not have any room for violence at all. that disturbs the peace, that shakens the peace. How many of you are with me? So anyway, now coming to the point, I'm going to take you through the Bible, the book of, the word of God, the book of Job, chapter number 24 is what we have actually kicked off in the Tamil version. But I thought I will be doing a kind of a multilingual. We are not going to repeat what we discussed there, but various revelation are being given to us by the Holy Spirit and we want to cover all sorts of people. Now what you see in the world is definitely violence and I've given you a lot of description about it. But have you anytime peeped inside of you and tried to examine your mindset, tried to examine your behavior, tried to examine your thoughts, tried to examine your nature, tried to examine how you have treated your brother, your neighbor, your sister, your wife, your husband, your children. Is there any kind of selfish motive involved? Oh brother come on. Selfish motive is there in everything and anything and can that be a sin? Yes. According to the Bible it is sin. And do you call it as violence? No. It is equivalent to violence. Violence basically leads to bloodshed and people murder each other. They kill each other and that's called as being a murderer. And murderer is no different from a person who envies with other person's wife if you're envying with your neighbors neighbors prosperity such as what a beautiful house in quarry has got and you're envying you're offended somebody talks something against you and you you're not able to forgive unforgiving spirit is residing right in you and you don't have the capacity to love your enemies as described in matthew chapter 5 43 to 48 as how jesus said this right learn to love your enemy forgive those who have harassed you and spitefully used you and have tortured you. You are not able to do any of that. You know what is it called as that is violence. Actually, you are growing so violent against God. Why? Because you have no desire to accept the statutes of God, the word of God, the laws of God, the commandments of God, the testimonies of God. When you reject this word of God, who are you? Who really you are? You are actually being led by a bunch of unclean spirits that are dwelling inside of you. You may think you're going to church, you're carrying Bible in your hands, you're reading Bible every day, you're praying for 30 minutes every day. All well. But you know who's reigning inside you? It's not the Holy Spirit. Why? Because you have everything, your deeds, your thoughts, your desires, everything that is inside you is against the word of God. And that's why I'm going to prove it to you from the gospel. I'm going to give you a few references. 2 Timothy 3, 1 to 9. Colossians 3, 5 to 9. Mark 7, 21 to 23. Romans chapter 1 29 to 32, Romans chapter 6 13 to 21 and 20 sorry, Galatians 5 17 to 21, Ephesians 4 31, 1 Corinthians 6 9 and 10, 1 Timothy 1 9 and 10. If you read, there are 50 to 60 different types of sinful deeds that is quite possible to reign inside a human being. Maybe you have all 50 to 60 of those, maybe you have one or two of those. One or two of those is good enough to defile you, to make you impure, to make you unholy, to separate you from the love of God, those one or two sinful deeds is good enough. You may say that I'm not a liar. I'm not a grabber. I'm not a cheater. I don't involve myself in gossiping, in murmuring, in complaining, in sledging, in slandering. I do pray. I always respect God. And I am involved in a lot of charitable deeds. I give a lot to the poor. Very good. But you know what, brother? I have this weakness I watch pornography who are you brother you are definitely unholy before God all of these deeds can never make you holy if you have one little blemish in you for example you take a cup of milk and you put that sugar and coffee powder and you make a very delicious you know delicious coffee which is smelling what I love coffee a lot and then you open up a poison can or something like that or bottle and you take a drop of poison and you know and drop a poison and put inside that cup what happens the whole milk is defiled right it turns poisonous the delicious coffee becomes poisonous coffee and that's going to kill you that's going to basically end your life then and there and imagine that poisonous cyanide finished before even you could feel the taste your life is gone so fast it reacts into the human body similarly do not take lightly i don't have these many sins but i have just one sin in me that was the problem with that young ruler who approached jesus and he said that i've been following all the statues and commandments and those laws my lord jesus whatever you have been telling and jesus loved him bible says with With a lot of love and compassion towards his innocence, Jesus turned and told him, Hey, but still there is something that you are lacking. And he asked, What is that? He said, You have too much of attraction and affection and love towards that money. And can you please go ahead and sell all that you have and give it to the poor and come follow me. The guy went with a sad heart and he never returned back. If he had returned back, the Bible would have registered his name here. And today, I'm very, very confident that person is not with Jesus. That person has missed a wonderful chance, a tremendous opportunity to follow God. Likewise, Nicodemus, who was a rabbi and a high priest in the synagogue, John chapter 3, visits Jesus secretly and he asks many questions and Jesus answers. In fact, at some stage, Jesus even asked, How many questions you have, man? Are you really a teacher? How can a teacher have so many basic questions for which you don't even know the answers? And still Nicodemus was a very, very faithful man. He patiently listened to Jesus and he understood his shortcomings. But he did not follow Jesus until Jesus lived. But then he walked out of the synagogue after Jesus died and resurrected and many people witnessed Probably he also met Jesus after he was resurrected that not registered in Bible but the history says Nicodemus and Gamaliel all these were great teachers in the synagogue and including Joseph Arimathea all these guys they walked out they cancelled their ration they cancelled their properties and they cancelled their citizenship they were like refuge living in refuge camp one the renowned teachers one of the great richest man greatest and richest man in the land of Israel Joseph of Arimathea gave a stone these guys walk like refuge and they died for Jesus right there's a huge difference between denying Jesus because you're not able to overcome the shortcomings versus you accepting your shortcomings and trying trying trying hard like Nicodemus tried like Gamaliel tried and all all these guys and they finally one day they have come in the presence of Jesus. They caught the hem of his garment and they did not miss that boat which took them to heaven, right? Now, what can basically not allow you to become like Nicodemus is the violence and arrogance in your heart. For example, that anger ruler was really saddened, but he had that kind of stubbornness. Stubbornness, arrogance, violence and a hard heart, all things are intercoupled. They are one and the same, but you can match it to the situation accordingly for that young ruler he had lot of attraction and that attraction could be that stubbornness he had that you know that hard attachment and that can be also equated to violence right and violence causes bloodshed but the equivalent factor to violence is nothing but you are killing yourself allowing that reluctance allowing that negligence allowing that arrogance allowing that you know kind of taking things very lightly all this is equivalent to violence because you are treating yourself violently. Like that rich Eng ruler, right? He exercised violence against himself. And he killed his own soul. He missed that opportunity. And that's exactly what we are calling as passive sins. We are entitling as passive sins. All the scriptures I gave you today, please don't forget to read all of those. There are a lot of things. Gossipers are equivalent to murderers. And murderers equivalent to people who envy. and envying people or equivalent to people who kidnap somebody. Right? Licentiousness. There is a word in Mark 7. Right? And having a form of godliness. Which means what? Externally, you're all so pure, acting before men. Oh, it's all about Jesus. Internally, faith level is zero. You have no faith in God. This is also a form of violence. Right? That's why I started with that bloodshed and all the wars happening and all that. And then I'm getting into the mark of a Christian. the behavioral pattern of a Christian the faith level of a Christian described in Romans 12 verses 12 to 20 and Colossians 3 verses 12 to 17 if you read you will understand the behavioral pattern of a Christian how it should be therefore you are able to judge the real who you are and you are able to you know come into that course correction and you are able to fall in line with God now Job describes many things here in Job 24 That's why I'm going to take it as a serious study, both in English and Tamil. We will be mixing, but we will not deviate from the context. The context is very clear. What I'm trying to say, I will summarize again. Never ever assume that you are not a murderer, you are not involved in violence, mob gathering, wars and killing people and any sort of, you know, Gundayism, we call it here in India, or any sort of riots and all that. Therefore, you are free. and this is your definition of violence? No. There is a course correction needed. Violence is like a, you know, it's like a university. You can discover so many things and that is what we are going to meditate. And that all can turn out to be violence. If you don't believe me, Esau chapter 28, last four or five verses you take and read, violence overwhelmed in your heart. Yeah. And that's the reason you became devil. Jesus, sorry, God the Father is talking about Lucifer. And what was violence? Bible is not talking about any evidences of he killing somebody, you know, shedding blood or whatever. But he had that desire, that thought, that desire to overthrow God and then occupy his position. How do you overthrow God without bloodshed, without war? Yeah. How do you overthrow someone without fighting with them, without manhandling them? That means he had a plan in his head that he must be having some strategical plan in his head to overthrow God on a specific day and God discovered that long ago and he gave him many chance many many years many chances but the guy never you know turned to God and that's why Bible says when the fallen angels are nothing but one-third that means what 30% of the angels he were able to go on canvas and influence and get them on his side to defeat the remaining two-thirds of the angels that stood by God's side you understand what I'm saying all the strategical plan the guy had in his head and on that day God discovered he's heading towards violence. The thoughts were the one which will give birth. The thoughts initiates violence. That's why Jesus said very clearly, hey, watch what is inside you and what comes outside you and defiles you is not without what has already gone inside you and defiled you is what is coming out what you see as an external action the outward behavior is manifestation of what is inside your beloved yeah what is that the index of your heart is nothing but the image of the index of your face is nothing but the image of your heart there is a proverb right maybe i spoke it little wrong but you understood what it is so how can you correct that is what we are going to discuss today and i think we have done a pretty good job explaining what is the definition of violence and of course you're going to pay attention stay connected with me we will draw one we will read only one verse because we're going to do a meditation for entire chapter 24 job 24 and job title entitles this job complaints of violence on earth job did not complain of anything else in fact the whole book may look like he's a man of you know many words complainer murmur and all that he was not talking about anything. He was talking about the situation and he was not complaining. He was very, very disappointed that having lived so wonderfully well, so righteously, how can I be in this situation? And if I were to be in this situation, why can't God open his mouth and tell me what is my fault? That is all he wanted. But he never complained of anything else, but he complains of one thing for sure, that is violence on earth. And he wants to talk about the violent people and then say that I never was violent like any of those although I had every resource to fall in violence He was a very rich man Yeah he was like a prince in that place Arabia and he had a lot of resources and he could go and start to occupy all the neighboring regions And he could have become grown powerful prosperous mighty Like Alexander the Great who came and he occupied almost three-fourths of the world. And he died at the age of 31, I think. 31 or 34. Yeah. And he never wanted to become like Alexander the Great. But he used his resources to help the poor, the downtrodden, the needy. He was the father to the widows. Right. and not a meal he would have without having all these poor people with him who sits in his dining table not his friends or relatives or his own daughters or sons but all the people who are downtrodden right all the people who are starving were the ones who shared my dining table there was no violence in my heart but you look at the world and they go unpunished and God punished me it's a righteous prayer no when I think of it really you know tears tears pour out of my eyes really it's really really something that I can't even imagine now what this man of God says is what we need to meditate today my time is up I'll be reading one verse and we will close since times are not hidden from the almighty why do those who know him see not his days since times are not hidden from the almighty almighty knows what is the beginning and the end god knows everything no nothing can be hidden from him god knows exactly the time the hour the season jesus is going to come for the second time and jesus himself said that and likewise god exactly knows the number of your days he is the one who is holding your breath bible says if any breath into your nostrils the breath of god is what you are breathing actually speaking You know, we all know this fact, right? Psalm 139, 16, Exodus 23, 26, you read. And, you know, Proverbs 9, 11. God has numbered all our days and he will help to fulfill it if you fall in line with his laws and commandments. Else what happens is your life is not in the hands of God. He hands you over to Satan. Why? Because you loved him so much. And God is not going to pull you back. Why? Because God gives us that free will. You're falling in love with the devil. you're free to go no problem for me but then i'm saddened in my heart god really tells this but even after that even hearing that you made a choice to be involved in this alcoholic pornography flirting adultery idol tree whatever it may be god would say no problem with me go ahead but i'm saddened i'm deeply saddened and grieved in my heart romans 8 26 with the grieving and groaning spirit the holy spirit continues to pray for you and me day and night that's the love of god that's the heart of God, but he won't pull you back. He won't stop you. And likewise, God's another nature, Psalm 103 verse 9, he will not strive with the spirit of man forever, neither will he hold his anger forever. He will not strive with the spirit of man forever in the sense, he will not keep chastising you, advising you, indicating you, warning you, alerting you. At some point of time, he will say, fine, my son doesn't want me. Therefore, I'm okay. I'll walk out of his life. but his wrath is in you. Why? Because you have insulted the blood covenant and the Holy Spirit. According to Hebrews 10.29 and John 3.36, those who shall insult the Son of God, the wrath of God shall descend on them, Jesus himself said. And those who shall insult the Spirit of God, their sins are not going to be forgiven. Mark chapter 3, Jesus told. Right? And where is this wrath? Wrath is reserved, kept in reservation for the Vaitron judgment day. And what a sad situation, right? You don't even know that you are going to face the wrath. and you don't even know that you have reserved a spot in the hell and you are thinking all is well and Satan will keep it that way, right? He will lead you on the path of prosperity. Everything you do will be a success and you will think, oh, God is blessing me and all that. But inside of you, full of violence, arrogance and you have no God at all in you, right? You need to discover that. That's why we are helping you through these sessions to help you understand, examining your mind and thoughts through introspection. Therefore, let there be renewal of mind. let there be transformation of spirit now what i read here is you understand god knows everything that means you also know that god is able to watch over everything that happens in your life every situation every circumstance every thought that is involved in some sort of envying attitude bitterness you know competitions arrogance avenging attitude you are waiting to take revenge on your brother. How dare you spoke against me like this. Let it take even 20 years. Evil attitude, you know. I will ensure that I teach you such a lesson. If God were to teach you and me such a lesson, you and I won't even survive. This world won't even survive for a single microsecond. Right now the world deserves to end. Because nobody is holy before God. All have fallen short of glory. And we all have shortcomings. But it's God who has been tolerant, merciful. Bible says in Psalms 145, 8 and 9, is bound with compassion and slow to anger and everlasting mercies are the very reason that helps us to move ahead in life. You understand? So God really expects us to be like Him. Therefore, the world will be like God. And what happens is the earth is transformed to heaven. That's exactly the point. Many people think, I long when I would see heaven. You can build heaven on earth like how Jesus, wherever He went, people saw heaven. People saw the glory of God in Him. and wherever Paul the apostle, all his disciples and apostles, early age Christianity even now also, there are a lot of good ministers of God, wherever they go, you will feel that you know, that presence of God in you right, and when you can get there is only when you understand this verse, right why do those who know him are sorry, see not his days his days means what? the presence of God, right, many people don't see the day of the Lord in their life while they are alive. Many people have misinterpreted this. The day of the Lord we will see during the time of rapture, second coming, this and that. No, no. Every single moment you can see the day of the Lord in your life. And that is nothing but the will of the Lord being accomplished in your life. You are able to feel it. You are able to enjoy it. You are able to acknowledge it. And the world testifies that God is living in you. You are all with me? God bless you. Take care. And please subscribe to our channel.
