Manakam, good morning and good evening my dear brothers and sisters. A warm welcome to one and all of you and I greet you in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I always take these kind of sessions as the most privileged and the most honored moments in my life. The reason is because we are here in the business of doing a very very unique thing, a very important thing rather, that's meditating from the Word of God. God. And why it is important is the word of God is nothing but life, right? You want to possess eternal life here on earth and on that life after earth, right? In eternity, you need to follow God. You need to follow the standards that are defined in the word of God. The laws and the commandments that are written in the word of God is for you and I to abide in it. Therefore, blessed are we, Bible says. You want to be blessed. Many people think blessings are always about buying new properties, cars and bank balances and education. Some people, you know, even talent building and you know, all that. It's all good. But then that's actually only for a mere moment, right? The time that we live on earth is very short. And after we live on earth and what is our destiny? Where do we go? Every religion, right? It talks about that life after death, but they don't give that clarity. Where exactly you are going to go? What is going to exactly happen immediately after the death? But Bible is the book which talks clearly about the white throne judgment and events that happen, right? Rapture and all that. Even if you are alive, right? Or if you are dead and gone, will you be part of God's army? Will you be part of the thousand years regime, right? You will be the governing authorities. All this clarity you get. And not only that, exactly how the city of God is going to look like. not exactly but to some extent it's been predicted that's a book of prophecy Revelation 21 and 22 you can read excuse me alright so that's why this word of God is very very important we got to be grounded and rooted a warm welcome to this short session we have been discussing from the book of Ecclesiastes and this was part 2 I'm stuck in Ecclesiastes chapter 1 and in the previous session we did set the context Solomon who is considered to be the wise of the wisest there isn't a person who lived like him who has been well versed in wisdom but the biggest problem with the guy is he used the wisdom for all the worldly related matters and that's the reason he couldn't be prosperous he couldn't be he couldn't do well when it comes to godly matters and the spiritual related matters and his father King David he started as underdog Psalm 69 if you read you will understand he was actually having taking the form of slavery at his birthplace he was tortured, he was harassed and after that he became king and then his own son harassed him, Absalom. And all these problems he went through yet, he is the most favorite for God, right? And because why? He used his wisdom on spiritual matters and his priority was to always impress God, always walk according to the statutes of God. And Solomon realizes all these mistakes, but it was too late for him. But he leaves behind a lot of doctrines, lot of important messages to you and me that you and I need not commit mistakes like him. Today, if he is in hell or paradise, I do not know. But my strong gut feeling says that he is going to be in hell. The reason is because he never came to God in fullest measure. And he didn't even have that attitude of repentance. If that was the case, God wouldn't have torn his kingdom. right God wouldn't have handed over his descendants into the hands of enemy his bloodline you see all of them are killed and murdered and that's the curse right anyway so let's come to the topic he's talking about the vanity of life vanity means it's all about useless you know it's considered to be useless it's considered to be good for nothing it's considered considered to be the you know waste of time and something like that vanity right vanity means whatever you know all my efforts have gone in vain we use this kind of statements right why because excuse me you put in a lot of efforts to construct something right then what happens the foundation was not strong and the whole construction collapsed all my efforts have gone in vain right I never expected this but I I put all my efforts. I really worked hard. But then I did not. But then the mistake here is the foolishness is a person who is supposed to pay attention on the basics. That's why I'm telling you read the Bible very, very slowly. Sometimes we are well versed in advanced topics like the spirit related matters, body, mind, soul, spirit, and what is going to happen after rapture, this and that. But then we have forgotten some of the basic teachings of Jesus about love, forgiveness and being kind to one another, being fervent in love. All those things Jesus spoke. We don't know how to even forgive people. But then you ask about what happens after rapture, what exactly happens. All the events tell me during the tribulation period, oh, they will draw a big picture and show to you. You know, such people, yes, this is applicable. What a waste of time, right? Because their destiny is definitely hell. You don't know how to love one another. You don't know how to forgive. Obviously, you have bitterness in your heart, right? You have grudge in your heart. And you have all sorts of, you know, hard heart. And you're not able to let go things. And who are you delivered? Then you are definitely demon possessed. You have a lot of unclean spirits in you. And if you fail to discover, your destiny is hell. And yes, such people, yeah, life is vanity. Life is useless. But then, that is one way of looking at it. What Solomon tells here is all that you guys are doing because Solomon spent his time energy on earth in building his own home. Even the vessels that were kept on his table, the queen from Sheba was so impressed. There were no words left in her heart or mind. So impressed. And whatever people explained was nothing actually. What I see is absolutely phenomenal. Something like that she told in wind. That means to impress people, to build his kingdom, to make his nation prominent nation. He went around and married all the paganite, you know, paganite kingdom, girls belonging to, not girls actually, queens belonging to, you know, princesses belonging to paganite kingdoms like Amalekites, Egyptians and all that. He went around. And at some point of time, God tells him that I'm very, very angry and upset with you. For your father's sake, I forgive you. forgive you in the sense and not at all impressed and happy with you that's when he realizes many things and he starts to write it down and these are words of wisdom so previous session we had the meditation on this first three verses I would strongly recommend please go to our channel you will find that video we continue from verse number verse number four one generation passes away and another generation comes but the earth abides forever Very true. See, we are comparing between old covenant standards and new covenant standards. Old covenant standards, he is talking about, you know, kingdom goes and one kingdom comes and one kingdom goes. One king goes and another king comes. One prime minister goes, another prime minister comes. One president goes, another president comes. Likewise, one generation goes, another generation comes. But the earth abides forever. The new covenant standard is very, very simple. Whatever may go, whatever may come, the word of God will never pass away. Matthew 24, 35. Heaven and earth may pass away, but by no means the word of God will pass away. Which means his regime will never pass away, right? His truth will never pass away. And whatever laws and commandments he has spoken here will never pass away. the predictions or the prophecies that are written in the Bible will never pass away right that's why it's very important to always pay attention to the Word of God and stick abide in the Word of God right and so do not be so carried away another tense is like do not be so carried away with the circumstances with the situations worries of the world and terrors of the world right some certain things really really terrifies us not only makes us worried or frightened but terrifies us right for example when kovat came all of us were terrified i was terrified i was really scared to go out don't believe for two years i never visited a home neither did we invite anybody to our home okay so that was the situation we were terrified and ultimately you know we ended up in viral fever i did not know i did not even go for test because i trusted in god god delivered the whole family got infected we fought it and we came out and thanks thanks thanks be to god that we i'm still alive and healthy before you many people passed away because what caused the terror was the consequences of something some event that happens in the world correct no ukraine is fighting with russia there are a lot of consequences petrol prices are increasing petrol prices increases everything increases everything groceries food that you eat everything increases because it's it's all about transportation, right? From one place to the other place. Transportation cost increases, everything increases. These are the things which really terrifies us. And the circumstances may change, situations may come and go, whatever. But if you are a believer in Christ, you will fix your eyes on the cross. You will fix your eyes in the name of Jesus. And that's why some Christians, very few of them are there. You can actually number them, right? Their attitude will always be consistent. and people don't understand how they are able to walk like this, how they are able to be very, very stable in their mindset, right? What gives them the stability and consistency is their trust in God and their focus on God. They don't get distracted. Every single moment, some of the thing happens in the world and news media coverage very strong these days. When I used to be a kid, only one channel, DD News will come, that too half an hour per day. Whatever that guy tells, that much only we have to hear and after that we have to go to bed, finish. That too in the night only he will, you know, tell some things. International news, nothing. Only world news, it will come once in a week, I think, right? Something like that. Nowadays, every minute you will get something in WhatsApp, social media is very strong. Therefore, some or other event is readily waiting to reach our ears. Am I saying you shouldn't be watching news? Watch everything, but then never get disturbed. And that's what he's saying. You know, one generation passes away, another generation comes, but the earth abides forever. Similarly, a Christian who, in front of whom, every situation that passes, you know, back and forth, to and fro, can never disturb you. Why? Because God and his love and his words and promises are abiding in you. His promises are eternal, they are yes and amen and they will never pass away. 2 Corinthians 1.20. Alright. Now, he is describing a little bit about nature. I will quickly read and we will go to the next term. subject within the not subject within to the next example within the same subject the Sun also rises and the Sun goes down and hastens to go to the place where it arose it returns back to the same place that's what he's trying to say right the wind goes forward towards the south and turns around to the north and the wind whirls about continually and comes again in its circuit once again in same course it comes as the rivers you know run into the sea at the sea not full to the place from which the rivers come there they return again it goes in you know it's like a circle it comes once again and meets at the same place what is he trying to say let's go to the next verse reading from ecclesiastes 1 8 yeah all things are full of labor he's saying even the nature works very hard but what happens is the cycle doesn't change the course doesn't change it comes and ends in the same place. Likewise, all things are full of labor. Man cannot express it. The eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing. He's talking about people, you know, working very hard, very hard, very hard. And indirectly what he's saying is what Job said. Naked I came to this world, naked shall I return. From the dust you were made, you will return back to dust. In Job chapter 1, you will read that and in ecclesiastes 12 7 you will read the body returns back to dust from where it was made right and spirit is taken away and it returns to god then why are you toiling many people use this verse and they kind of twist it why we should work hard brother anyway we will pass away anyway we will you know go go back to the dust we are living for a short span of time yes brother should you not earn you love living in poverty you love to beg on the streets your children should walk around with torn cloths. Your wife should move around begging from house to house or somebody even mistreating your wife. You have no money. You know how this society is. God never called us to live in poverty while we live on earth. God says work hard, work hard, but work hard with belief and don't worship that money that you earn. Don't worship the work that you are involved in. There is a stipulated time for you to work and there is a stipulated amount of money that you have to earn you all be visionaries you plan for your life and you start earning for it and anything that you get beyond anything that you have beyond your measure beyond your expectation see that means man's heart is never having any limit when it comes to money when it is subject to material materialistic blessings man will never have man means women also you see sky is the limit they'll keep on earning keep on earning but i'm telling you That is where you know people, such people know are the ones who are wasting their time on earth. Why? Because you are earning, earning, earning, hungry for money, hungry for gold, hungry for silver, hungry for cars, hungry for jewelry. And you take nothing. You are just wasting your time. But if you plan for the needs of for your needs on the earth for example your family future your child future education and all that And for your retirement plan what do you do You should not beg right You should not borrow money. And you are borrowing and you are not able to return because there is no source of income. Why? Because you have not planned well, right? When you plan well, when you ask God to lead you according to the plan, because the plan itself is given by God. He is the one who gives you the plan. He is the one who executes it, Bible says, right? Therefore, you need to seek him and you need to tell him clearly, my father, I have a limit to earn. I want to confine my boundaries there. I want to finish my worldly duties because I don't want to beg. I don't want to borrow. I don't want to steal. And I want you to provision me with whatever I need. Right. And therefore, anything beyond that measure, I would also love to bless people, those that are poor, those that are downtrodden, the hungry, the starving, the fatherless, the widows. and this is the reason why you created me, Lord. And I could be a role model in contact, in speech, in faith, in words, in purity. 1 Timothy 4.12 says that, isn't it? So how could you go there is not without a vision. How could you reach the destiny not without a plan, not without execution? Sometimes the planning and execution together, it might take 30 years, right? That's how you have to stabilize your life and work through it. Now we'll come back to the same subject. sorry, all things are full of labor, man cannot express it. The eye is not satisfied without seeing and the ear filled with hearing. I will go to the next verse. That which has been a, has been is what will be, that which is done is what will be done and there is nothing new under the sun. Agreed. There is nothing new under the sun. Generation after generation, they will continue to plan, they will continue to exit, they will continue to execute, they They will continue to spend. They will continue to leave behind inheritances. That is the point. That is the catch here. They won't leave behind debt. They will leave behind inheritances as a capital income, as a capital gain, as a capital investment for the next generation. Therefore, using that as the foundation, the next generation is able to also earn, plan, execute and be a blessing to others and leave behind inheritance. There is nothing new. at the same time you cannot talk in the negative tense there is nothing new but there is something unique but there is something special there is something hidden that every one of us should take a note I'm talking about a very very complicated subject here right I'm trying my best to explain understand because many people especially Christians they talk about second coming rapture living you know this this is this world doesn't belong to us Colossians 3 2 we belong to a different world let's focus on things above not the things of the earth, many people have confused and misled many people. And many people even have resigned their jobs, full-time ministry, sold their properties and now they are paupers, begging on the streets and they are part of some missionary, whatever they feed, they eat, wherever they take, they go. This is not the way to live. Do you think that is God's plan? Actually, no. If that was God's plan, fine, I agree. You know, some people, God have called, come for full-time ministry. If God calls me, I will also go. But then that's not the plan that you should, you know, predestine for yourself. You should see God. Correct, no? Somebody told something, therefore you will sell your property and you go. Or you will write that property to that pastor. That fellow will register in his son's name. So-called pastors. Be very careful. And your children will be begging on streets. It's a big crime. Your destiny is hell. Why? Because every idiot, every person who's been stupid and idiots and foolishly committing such mistakes without using their spiritual sense and common sense and their sixth sense, they deserve to go to hell. Why? Because they are in deception. Brother, he deceived me. No, no, you allowed him to deceive you. That's the point I'm trying to make. Because Bible, the most, you know, the Bible, the words filled with the wisdom, the most meaningful book that gives you definition of life. Every standards have been defined here. Yeah. For every problem, for every puzzle, you have a solution. There's solution book that's the way how I look at all right let's move on that which has been is what will be and that which is done what will be done there is nothing new under the sun is there anything of which it may be said see this is new it has already been in ancient times before us again he is re-emphasizing people buying cars are you the first one buying car no people are buying cars in so many years are you the first one buying property are you the first one building a house are you the first one educating your kid are you the first one getting married are you the first one you know be getting a kid becoming father grandfather and AI it happens in cycles man so what is so great about this life have you seen you talk to such people now you will get demotivated in 10 seconds why are we living this life and all that people who basically kill themselves right they decide to commit suicide and all that they are involved in such doctrines yeah they're almost mesmerized by many many preachers across the world false prophets and false preachers who talk everything from these kind of words there is nothing new under the sun you know don't don't do anything don't go to work just sit there you earn some money you know just live with that anyway you will become 60 they will also calculate and tell how much bank balance you have you know every day if you eat also you will spend only this many rupees and for which you can live on for 30 years you will get interest you will get this and that people will make you lazy, idle. Every sluggish person listening to me will go to hell. And there is a parable Jesus spoke about it. The guy who buried that one silver coin, right? He has been given the talents, he has been given the time. But the guy decided to bury that silver coin. He has been thrown into hell. Yeah? All educated people listening to me, don't. Don't never ever, you know, remain at home idle. Men, women, it doesn't matter. You know, nowadays all me women are working hard women are working smarter than men these days i'm i'm really proud of them right there is no gender biases here all those who are listening to me educated never sit idle at home yeah if your husband doesn't allow you please convince him talk to him do something from work the work from home remote working is you know well promoted after the covid days there are a lot of remote jobs sit at home and do don't sit idle idle man's mind is the devil's workshop He will sit and do something. And these are the kind of doctrines people really mislead people. People means what? The preachers and all that. And please, the place where you are sitting also, please be aware what kind of teachings they are doing. Right? I mean, what they are teaching, what teachings they are conducting. Is there anything new? It already is taking place. Generation after generation, this is what they do. Why we should be part of it? Let us enjoy life. You know, people twist it this way. You aren so long Enjoy life See I also like enjoying life I go for vacation with family and I also like traveling but I not spendthrift because for that also I reserve seasons I also reserve certain budgets right And likewise we also need a plan for vacation We all need breaks. Who's saying that you shouldn't take breaks? But taking breaks itself cannot be your full-time job. That's exactly what I'm trying to say, you know. There is last verse, Ecclesiastes 1.11. There is no remembrance of former things. See, I'm touching the old covenant versus new covenant and eternity. All three we are touching. Right. You are with me? There is no remembrance of former things, nor will there be any remembrance of things that are to come by those who will come after. With that we close. I will read this again. There is no remembrance of former things, nor will there be any remembrance of things that are to come. that is very true on earth right we all have to pass away for few days yes your wife your children may be crying and year after year when that day comes that death day anniversary comes they will remember you and they'll cry after 10 years that also i don't know whether they will remember or not this is the way how the world executes right this is the human tendency now let us not blame anyone it's okay everyone get busy with their own stuff they got to move on in life which is actually needed person is dead and gone yeah think about some of the good moments and remember whenever people visit, you can share those and all that. There is no point remembering, thinking about it. But that's the old covenant, the new covenant standard. Everything is being registered in the book of life. Matthew 12, 36. Ecclesiastes 3.15, you know, talks about it. I'll read that for you. Ecclesiastes 3.15. That which, sorry, that which is, has already been and what is to be has already been and God requires an account of what is past. The same writer is talking about something very important here. Ecclesiastes 111, if you compare it with Ecclesiastes 315, it may look oxymoronic, contradicting, paradoxic, contradicting with the same writer writing the same language, but it's different. But he is actually giving a hint that God requires an account of what you are doing with your life, the deeds of your life. Matthew 12, 36 is even more clearer. God will require an account of every deed in your life and every idle word that proceeds from your mouth. Idle word means what? Useless words, not only limiting to words. If you are using your life unmeaningful, unfruitful and wasting time, too much into too many things, too much into too many things, what? Too much of traveling, too much of spending money, too much of watching movies, too much of in the name of fellowship. No, always get together. Some 10 people will be sitting inside their home. That's not home. It's like a zoo. Yeah, you just cannot do that. There is a time to gather. There is a time to have that privacy. There is a time to have that prayer with God all alone, private, you know, personal prayer. There is a time to fast and pray together. There is a time for watch night prayer. the ecclesiastes 3 1 to 11 you read you will find the seasons there is a time to mount there is a time to laugh and joy and all that right likewise you need to have balanced life and for all these things you have to give an account how you use your time on earth beloved that's all that's all we are trying to say while the writer of the ecclesiastes is telling that it's a normal life cycle you're not doing anything differently this and that fine but whoever had done those they have done it well and they've gone with a good account but even if you were to replicate even if you were to simulate what they have done or duplicate what they have done you still have to do it because why it's your life and you have to give an account for your life you cannot copy paste your grandfather's account saying that my grandfather you know worked very hard and he left behind so much of position I lived on that property I wasted my time and I spent money and I ate well and slept well who is that you wicked servant throw him into hell. That is what that parable says. Right? So, be very careful. If you hear any doctrines, something like, yeah, what is this life? It's all waste of time, this and that and all that. Let us enjoy life and all that. You know, the devil is very tricky. He knows how to mislead people. He knows how to confuse. He knows how to bring delusions. He knows how to distract you. He knows how to defocus you. And please, don't forget to watch our other series, right? Group of evil spirits that deceive mankind. Hundreds of hours we have preached there. How the devil could, you know, devore the mankind and deceive you. Watch out. And that's why we are picking such examples and telling you. This life, what you are living on earth is not useless life. It's life that has been planned for you millions of years ago. God is aware that such an earth would be formed and so and so year you and I are going to be born. And he has written down our names in the book of life. Now people may wonder am I, you know, the same Bible says he has scratched out the names. Why? Because you have denied God. You have rejected God. You have made a decision to move away from God. Therefore, what would God do? You don't belong to my book. Why? Because another book made an entry. That is called as the book of the devil. That book will be, you know, kind of opened and, you know, whatever names are present there, they will be thrown into the lake of fire. So, you made your, you can either be present here or there, where? Heaven or hell. There is nothing in between these two. Fair-weathered Christians, seasonal Christians, nominal Christians. Listen to me. Don't be a worldly person. Don't be a spiritual person. According to the seasons. Lent days, full long beard, no non-vegetarian, all spiritual. And after that, again roaming around. That won't work. Be on this side. Either be on God's side and fight the battle against the demonic forces. Or be on the devil's side. Enjoy your life. Bible says that. Enjoy your life on earth and go to hell, man. Revelation 22-11. Those that are filthy, let them be more filthy. Those that are unholy, let them be more unholy. Go to hell. So here also you don't enjoy. And there also you don't enjoy. So I either prefer one. But God's desire is you should enjoy always. Here also you can live your life. So blessed. That's why I gave you so many explanations with illustrations and examples. Here on life you will see heaven. You will be very spiritual. But materialistic also you will be very blessed. And you will be giving to others in splendid measures. That's how God will use you. But you should have right desires, right visions.
