Praise the Lord, my dear brothers and sisters. Namaste and Namaskaram to everyone of you. I want to thank God who enables such wonderful moments, such times of fellowship and we are able to meditate from the Word of God. And this is a short session where we will be meditating from the Word of God various topics and we are able to make a comprehensive study also and we will be kind of lighting up the spark. We can't get into the details. If you need detailed Bible teaching, they are available in our channel. And please make use of those content and substances because it will be really, really helpful for you to understand the Bible in a detailed manner. Very important thing is you cannot read Bible like a novel book or a story book. You really need to get to the rock bottom. And there are a lot of hidden treasures. There are a lot of hidden secrets that you need to understand. And ask God for such revelation and He is going to definitely help you, right? A warm welcome once again to this short session and today we will be discussing from the Word of God, Jeremiah chapter 29, verse number 8 all the way to 14. It's about deception, right? And about deception, we have spoken for many, many hundreds of hours, almost like 200 hours of preaching and teaching we have done in the channel. It's available. groups of evil spirits that deceive the mankind, unknown enemy, all this series, right? We have spoken in episodes. What are the different categories of evil spirits that could possibly deceive the mankind? Ephesians chapter 6 and verse number 12 and 13 says very clearly that our fight is not with the blood and flesh, but with the principalities and the powers of darknesses. And in the evil day, really hold fast to the word of God and you are able to fight with the spiritual weapons given to you. against the powers of darknesses. Many people miss that mark. Many people don't even pay attention. And that's the reason they are not able to overcome. They are not able to be successful in their lives. All right. So today we will be meditating on the same lines. Bible says in Jeremiah chapter 9 verse number 8, for thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, do not let your prophets and your diviners. The difference between prophets and diviners is they will be assuming there are a lot of things that I know. There are a lot of things I got as a revelation. And versus the prophets, there could be false prophets who never heard such a thing and they will be speaking some lies. Correct? Now, this is the situation of Christendom. I'm not saying there aren't prophets. I'm not saying there aren't good men of God or prophets of God. Many people have this wonderful gift and they are able to really lead you on the right side of the gospel of your life. But then you got to be really watch out. Now, who are in your midst and deceive you? Now, how to get to know that such a person is not from the God or such a person is from God or such a person, such a voice I'm hearing through a man or in vision or some dream is from God or of the devil? It's very, very tough, but it's very easy also, right? if you know how to discriminate you will not find it difficult anymore right very simple you need to ask for discerning spirit there is a wonderful gift called discerning spirit, spirit of wisdom and spirit of knowledge, three things 1 Corinthians chapter 12 verses 1 to 11 if you read you will find there are various unity and diversity under the concept Paul would have already explained this very clearly to all of us that's very important to understand Whether you want to become a prophet or a miracle worker or gift of healing, whatever you pray for, always pray for these things. I want wisdom. I want knowledge. I want the capacity to discern between the good and evil. Understand? Unless we get into that kind of real, that gifts from God, you are not able to understand the difference between the true men of God, real men of God versus the deceivers. Who also can come in the sheep's clothing, but there is a wolf inside them. There is an evil spirit inside them. There are a bunch of unclean spirits inside them and you are not able to discover, right? And therefore, they are able to easily deceive you, easily take you on the wrong side of the doctrine or the gospel and you will have no way to escape because you would have gone too far in the trap. good example is me i said i myself got caught my christian journey since the time i accepted jesus as my savior at age of 18 is roughly around 27 years right and in the 27 years i ended up being in a cult church or not one cult church couple of cult churches for more than 10 years yeah i didn't even know i thought this church is not culture and i landed up and that also was a culture. Then I had to land and that there was a false prophet. Like that, to discover it took me almost 2-3 years. Every time I moved then I sought God asking for this gift Help me to discern because you just cannot see today there are a lot of manufacturers right there are a lot of duplicate products they manufacture a duplicate iphone and you are able to see that and you are not able to understand it's a counterfeit currency note or not there are a lot of counterfeit currency note floating in india already and they brought in demonetization but demonetization is almost a failure this has been acknowledged by the reserve bank of india itself and they are not able to control and even the government is not able to completely abolish the counterfeit note usage right it's very tough likewise it's not easy for you to clearly discriminate between the good and bad that which is of god that which is not of god you are not able to discern that easily but when you inculcate that practice when you're watching when you're walking in diligence walking in wisdom, walking in light, walking in the spirit. Galatians 5, 22 to 23, Ephesians chapter 5, 1 John chapter 2, all this if you read, you will understand what it is to walk in spirit, what it is to be alive in the spirit. Where there is spirit, there is liberty bible says in 2nd Corinthians 3, 17 and 1 Peter 1, 16 also you can read, understand? Only if you get into these kind of habitual practices, your lifestyle changes, your thought process changes, your habits changes and your situation also changes. Correct? So you have to be very careful on these aspects. Only then you can fight against the deception. You can fight a good fight against the deception. So nor listen to your dreams which you cause to be dreamed. Many people wake up and they say, I dreamt a lion. Is it lion of Judah or is it that prowling lion which has come to deceive me and all that. So all this kind of nasty things, no, it might be because you watched a movie before you went to bed and that is something, you know, that is coming in your mind. I used to watch a lot of movies. Now also I handpick and watch which is really good, right, which is useful, which is having some content or some historical stuff or some church, you know, children's stuff. I like to watch those handpick, which makes your It makes your mind lighter and all that. Sometimes, you know, they manufacture that movie to reveal the real story of, you know, the scam that happens and all that. It's nice to get that education, right? But I'm not addicted to it. I don't have time, right? Earlier, I was addicted. I admit to it. But nowadays, I don't have time. I've come out of it because I value every minute that I live on earth. So should you be. So you get into all these kind of things. It gets stored in your hard disk. And what is in your hard disk will be processed by your brain when you are asleep. The devil will do a fantastic job to take it to the next level to absolutely confuse you and lead you to the dark side. Correct, no? So all this when a lion came, a snake came and, you know, I was landing up in some temple. Will I get convicted to some other religion? This and that, you know. These are all not from God. If God were to reveal something, he will talk to you crystal clear. and he will not talk in 20,000 words. He is a man of few words. God is a man of few words. And he is going to tell you and what is the assurance that it was from God? It will happen. It will happen in its due time. And you got to trust. You got to believe in that. You got to linger to it. If you are confused, almost it may look like as if God spoke. Take it to the Lord in prayer. Ask him. If you are the one who spoke, Lord, I will wait. I will wait quietly in your presence. I will look up to you. because salvation and redemption, deliverance cometh from you, Bible says. And just wait on him. And it will happen. It will happen the very next day. It will happen the very next week. It may happen for 10 years. But if God had spoken, it will happen. For which you've got to wait in patience. Don't immediately, patience. You don't have to immediately call up your pastor or go and stand up in the line, another prophet's home, and then ask him, you know, I got such a dream. Can you please ask God and inquire and tell me, like God spoke to you, correct? You believe in that or not? You ask God, why are you going to another man of God? You don't need an intermediator between you and God. You don't need an interpretator between you and God. There is only one intercessor. His name is Jesus. That's enough for you and me. Correct or not? Yeah. And that's why you need to be filled with knowledge and wisdom. As I said before, for your prophecy, sorry, for they prophecy falsely to you in my name and I have not sent them says the Lord. See, it's very clear. Jeremiah 29 and verse number 9. For thus says the Lord, after 70 years are completed at Babylon, I will visit you and perform my good word towards you and cause you to return to this place. This is a clear prophecy. If God had told you that, I will get you this job. You wait in this place for some time. If God had told you, don't get married now. Wait for some time. You need to give it some time and see if God is making the know statement or not And for which you need to be connected with God That is the important thing right You have no time to read Bible, no time to pray, no time to go to church, no time to meditate, no time to fast and pray, no time to do anything that is written in the Bible, no time to follow and abide in the laws and commandments of God. Obviously, that is not from God. It's common sense. You don't even need spiritual sense or civic sense. You just need common sense. You are not connected with a person and how can you assume that such a person will come and talk to you? There is no relationship. There is no fellowship. There is no connectivity. Yeah, this is the problem, right? Obviously, you know the answer. Obviously, you know. But then because of some reasons that you have a Christian name or you are going to some church where they told some nonsense, you are simply believing that, oh, it is God who spoke to me. How can he talk to you? You don't have any association you are not involved in any of these you are not a spiritual being right you are not a spiritual person you have not received the fruit of the spirit there are a lot of shortcomings in you you are a gossiper you are a backbiter you are a sledger you are a slanderer you are a complainer you don't know how to forgive people you are always getting offended you are defensive defensive with god also sometimes oh god how can you do do like this to me and all that How you think in your life God is going to talk to you? Very clear, no? Then it is not from God. First level test. If you have passed this test, oh, no, no, I am connected with God. Then also the devil will, the tempter will come because this world belongs to him. And he is going. That's why you got to always pray before you go to bed. Yeah. Always, you know, hand over your body, mind, soul, spirit into the hands of God. And God will be your protector. Do not forget that. And when you get up out of your bed, God, this day, whatever the evil plans that the devil may have, whatever the battles are ahead of me, I'm going to fight out. I'm not a coward because my Jesus was a victor and he was a warrior and I am his brother. I'm his younger brother and I will also fight the similar battles. I'm not tired of it. I'm not covered. But then help me. May thy grace be sufficient. Help me to fight that good fight of faith according to Romans 10, 17 and 10, 9. when you ask God, you are the rewarder of faith and I have faith in you and I begin my day this way therefore the deceiver has no role to play today I am not going to give any room for the demons definitely I am not accepting defeat today whatever may be the battle I am going to face it in the name of Jesus begin your day like this, end your day like this where is the room for devil, tell me and whenever you get holidays weekends are generally holidays for most of us, correct? fast and pray at least once in a week it's no big deal or once in two weeks. Why? Because there are certain strongholds in your life that the evil spirits have taken stronghold in your life that you cannot get rid of them through without fasting and prayer. Jesus said this, right? When the apostles could not heal a boy, the boy's father asked, your apostles couldn't do anything. Then Jesus made this statement. Hey, certain evil spirits can be, you can get rid of them not without fasting and prayer because Jesus was always is involved in fasting and prayer. You have to get involved in that. Then how are you going to fight deception? Tell me. Verse number 11. For I know the thoughts that I think towards you says the Lord. Thoughts of peace and not of evil. To give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29 11. All of us know this. Right? Our God is good God. All good comes from God. every evil thing comes from the devil simple definition but God permits certain evil why because you have not sought them it's like chastisement it's like bringing course correction God allows the destroyer in your life for some time opening up that hedge as you opened three hedges hedge around your household hedge around your life hedge around your property and possessions right household means family right all the three hedges he will open one by one suddenly you will you're you will see your daughter is not well your wife is not well Suddenly you will see you are unwell. Suddenly you will see that some loss is happening in your business. All the hedges are getting opened up. Why? Because God wants your attention. That's all. That's all. Or sometimes it's a test for your faith to make you stronger. You see how Job fought a battle. My goodness. That's the first book in the Bible. Do you know that? And he still have holding that place. The prayer warrior. Man of faith. And how he is able to attain that? Double fold blessings. Not without a battle. Not without fighting a battle. if there was a king in the world always saying that success, victory and all that and people would come and ask Maharaja which battle did you fight or no battle I fought but still I am successful, they will call him a mad king, you are an idiot are you such a Christian spiritual idiots that without fighting any battle you are always claiming victory without fighting the temptations without resisting the devil enough there is no victory according to James 4 7 correct or not, therefore God allows that you may be all right you may be very good you may be a very good brother sister but then never expect a life that is always free of stormy situations that is always free and calm right and never it will be never but i not saying always it will be stormy situation no but god will bring those waves and he'll help you to fight right and through which you are able to move to the next level next level next level and you're and you're climbing up the spiritual ladder yeah in military and in navy and all air force and all you know right the more battles they win the more medals they get then they become lieutenant and colonel and all that you know colonel and all that you you see that rank right ultimately will become admiral and general and all that army general that is a top position not without fighting battles for the country that person is awarded or rewarded similarly here is a situation what god says that these are the steps to these are the methods to fight deception and understand the difference between the evil from the devil and good from God. How do you know whether it is from God or the devil? Yeah, and if it is from God, it is always for your good. He makes all things work together for your good. Romans 8 28 says that. Verse number 12 and 13, 14. We read and we finish it. Alright. Then you will call upon me and go and pray to me and I will listen to you. Always walk into the presence of God with that assurance. Our God will hear. His ears will never become heavy for your prayers. Isaiah 50. Isaiah 59, 1 and 2 says that His hands will never be shortened that it cannot go and you know hold you, Bible says in Isaiah 41, 13 that His right hand will hold as closely to His bosom and He will never let us down, always have that assurance right, and the devil may confuse, but before that you walk in confession, you reconcile with God through repentance be cleansed in the name of Jesus Acts 2, 38, yeah Acts 11, 18 Philippians 2, 10 and 11 All these things you need to follow, principles, 1 John 1, 7 to 10, right? You need to confess your sins. Therefore, you are pronounced righteous after the cleansing process in the name of Jesus and through his precious blood. Correct or not? Right? And that gives you the assurance naturally. Verse number 12, sorry, verse number 13. And you will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart. if your heart is somewhere else did I close the gas or did I lock the door this I do this did I do what leave aside everything I have been there the moment I get into God's presence immediately somebody will call me on the phone some thought the devil will bring to my mind hey did you send this mail did you not do this and all that before I get into God's presence I will set aside everything I don't even carry my mobile phone most of the times okay So all these are principles, protocol, which you need to follow. I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back from your captivity. I will gather you from the nations and from all the places where I have driven you, says the Lord. And I will bring you to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive. From your prosperous state, he might have taken you to the poverty state, poverty-sticken state. But God knows how to bring you back to the same prosperous state. he has all control God is omniscient omnipotent omnipresent how many of you understand nothing is impossible with God with men it is impossible Matthew 19 26 says for he who began the good work in you he is faithful to help you carry you until you are grey-haired Isaiah 49 says that Philippians 1 6 says that how many more verses how many more promises you need from God what more can God talk to you and me and make us believe that he is trustworthy he is able to redeem he is able to deliver alright my dear beloved brother my sister listening to me. I do not know whatever your situation is today, but maybe you are in deception. You really need to research. You really need to discover and you need to chop off. You need to kind of, you know, alienate that source from where the deception is kind of, you know, getting inside you. The source could be your own church. It could be a cult church. You need to identify. The source could be some man of God who is leading you. Probably that guy is a half-cooked vegetable or a cowboy. You need to understand. You need to discern. Correct or not? Jesus discerned. Pharisees came gently and they questioned, oh Lord Jesus and all that. They would understand, why are you testing me, man? Yeah, Jesus was very straight.
