Red Sea Miracle 2.0 - Habakkuk 3:1-6 - Christian Sermon Message

We're facing another Red Sea miracle! Oh, I tell you, I'm so excited about this. Because when we look at where the Israelite people were, we've got to understand the Israelite people, first off, were in bondage. They were in bondage. They were under wraps. They were locked up, if you will. I want you to look at the similarities of what is going on as we start here. The Israelite people were locked up. What is happening in America? We've been getting locked up, right? There began to begin, the plagues began to come into the land, right? When Moses went to Pharaoh and said, God said, let my people go. Pharaoh said, I ain't going to do that. I got free labor. I ain't going to do that. So God began to send plagues on Egypt. Look and go through it and even read it for yourself. Look at what has happened here in America. Look at what has happened all around the world. If you go through and you look over the last several years, if you look, something very interesting has happened. We have seen pestilence and plagues of locusts and different bees and different things and different insects and all coming into our land. What has also happened around the world? If you remember, there have been reports of rivers and lakes. What did they do? Strangely, they turned red. Exactly. Exactly. We have seen something very interesting in this land. We have seen all these plagues and these pestilence. Now, COVID-19 has come upon us. It is a plague that has been killing hundreds of thousands of people. And we're all sitting there going, oh my goodness, what is going on? Is it really anything different than what has happened all throughout history? Not really. But we're seeing something very interesting happen. Now this is something very interesting. 2020 has been very tumultuous for our country. Earthquakes, wildfires, coronavirus, unrest, hatred, all this type of stuff, and all this is going on. You name it, we pretty much have. But I believe just as Israel was going through all these things, and God brought them out, and they came unto the Red Sea, and they looked and they said, wow, we're done. We can't get across. America right now, the church of the living God right now is looking and we're saying, oh my goodness, we can't get across. We can't get to where God is. We can't get to the other side. But God today is saying, I am about to part the sea, and I'm going to let you get through on dry ground. I'm about to do something miraculous, and you're going to be the head and not the tail. You're going to be victorious. You're going to see the blessing of God. I believe that with all my heart today. Let me share with you what it says in Habakkuk chapter 3, starting in verse 1. It says, the prayer of Habakkuk, the prophet, unto Shedonoth. Now, this is an interesting thing. This is a prayer for a sin of ignorance. Now, what does that come down to? It means that we right now in America, we are ignorant to God's holy word. even the church world has become ignorant to God's holy word because we are not listening to what God says we're saying oh this is offending and this is offending and this is offending and we're not going to preach it and preachers are going to give an account for it and oh I would not want to be them because I'm telling you there are going to be preachers that are going to stand before God and he's going to say I lay out my road map to my people. I put you in charge to help my people and you didn't tell them. And what are they going to say? Nothing. There will be nothing to say. But we are living in an ignorant generation and that sounds crude and crass but that's not what I mean. What it means to be ignorant is we don't understand. We're not understanding what God's word is saying. God has laid us out the road map and it is up to us to read it. It's up to us to follow it. It's up to us to live it. It is up to us to breathe it. And we're not doing it in this generation. Now there are many good Bible believing churches and good Bible believing Christians that are, but the majority of the church world is beginning to fall back instead of going through. And what is going to happen is God is going to bring us through the Red Sea with another Red Sea miracle. And many The church world is not going to go through with it. They're not going to see the Red Sea miracle because they're going to be stuck back in Egypt, still in bondage, still in the coronavirus, still locked down in sin, still locked out where God doesn't want them to be. Oh, I tell you. Verse 2 says, O Lord, I have heard thy speech. I have heard of your fame. Oh, I tell you. You can talk to anybody in this world and tell them, do you know who Jesus is? Do you know the name Jesus? Pretty much everybody in the whole world will tell you, oh yeah, I know who Jesus is. That's that good guy that they talk about in the Bible, right? They've heard of his fame. They've heard of his speech. But many are not afraid like Habakkuk. He says, Lord, I've heard of thy speech and I was afraid. Oh, Lord, revive thy work in the midst of these years. In the midst of the years, make known. Oh, I tell you, this is beautiful. I'm so excited this morning. I tell you, I can run. This is beautiful. He's basically saying, repeat your works. What does it come down to? There is coming a day very, very soon when we are going to see God repeat His words. He's already repeated the plagues. We're seeing it. We're seeing it. So He is repeating the plagues. He's repeating it. And many people, let's go a step further here. With coronavirus, we have seen many people die. And probably there have been many children that have died. maybe even what first borns that have died via the coronavirus right and that's the point we are seeing God repeat this interesting cycle but if you go through the repeat what does it have to come to it has to come to the Red Sea it's got to come to a point where Moses stretches forward his You brought a rod and God parts the sea. That's what it's got to come to. It's got to come to that. And that's what Habakkuk is saying here. He says, Lord, revive thy works. In the year of 2020, we can't remember a time when it has been so bad with lockdowns and with all this stuff going on that we've seen. We cannot remember. I know none of us can remember a time that's been like this. It's been terrible. we've not been able to worship together like we want to we've not been able to gather together and hold hands and pray together and hug each other and share that fellowship like we want to we not been able to do that but God is saying today there is coming a day very soon we not going to part that sea again And the blessing of God is going to flow And the blessing of God is going to be seen in his house yet again It's going to happen. I love it. Why? Because in wrath, he will remember mercy. I love it. In the wrath, in the wrath that is COVID-19, in the wrath of all the hatred and the divisiveness and strength that is going on in this world. Within all the wrath that is going on in Washington, D.C. right now, with all the wrath that is going, God is going to remember mercy. Mercy now is great, and grace was free. Pardon there was multiplied unto me, and there my burden saw a vow of liberty at Calvary. And Calvary is the key. Calvary is the key. there is coming a point of the Red Sea parting and it's going to be parted because of the cross. The way of the cross is going to lead us home. The way of the cross is going to lead us to victory. Hallelujah. I love it. Verse 3 says, God came from Jimon. Now this is an interesting thing. Literally meaning God coming out of the east. And we're not talking about Jesus coming again to call His bridle. That's not what he's talking about here. He's talking about a point when God is going to come and bring a restoration. That's what he's talking about. This is beautiful. Someone once said, he is shining over his people like a rising sun. Hallelujah. God's light is going to shine on his people. Why do I say that this is not about the return of Christ? Because God is not done yet. There are too many people that have not heard the message and have a legitimate chance to hear it. There have been too many people born and too many that have not heard yet. And so God is going to give people another chance. See, we sit and we say so often that God has marked on his calendar when he is going to return. I don't believe that is the case. Why do I believe that? Well, I believe that for this simple reason. Why do you think the angels don't know? Why do you think Jesus don't know? I believe it's because God's time frame is a fluid type thing. If my people, which are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sins, heal their land. It's not a set time. God's people can pray And God can change his mind Go through it and look in the Bible You can see it, look at Nineveh Nineveh was going to be destroyed, right? Nineveh was going to be destroyed God said, I'm going to destroy Nineveh But I'm going to let you go, Jonah And I'm going to let you talk to the people And if they listen, maybe I'll change my mind Now what happened? Jonah went, Jonah prayed Jonah preached to the people and they accepted God and God changed his mind. God's time frame is not our time frame. God doesn't have a set date that on such and such a day, at such and such an hour, at such and such a minute, at such and such a second, this is when I will send Jesus to go get my kid. He doesn't have that because it's not, that's because time with God is fluid. God's time is fluid. He doesn't have a set date. That's why we as a church need to pray. We need to stop praying or stop just talking about it and start praying. We need to stop talking about it and start praying. Because there's too much of this talking going on instead of believing, praying, and also praising. We don't praise God enough. We don't praise God enough. God wants his people to praise. I love what happens here. He says, God came out of Tamar, and the Holy One from the Mount Padam, or the Mount Sinai, if you will. You remember Mount Sinai is a place where God gave the people the Ten Commandments, God's law. Now, interesting, he says, Silo. What does Silo mean? Stop and think about it. stop and think about it I love it then he says his glory covered the heavens and the earth and was full of praise people want to say there is no God, people want to say God is dead, God is not dead God is not dead in 2020 oh absolutely not I'm telling you I know God ain't dead how do I know God ain't dead well I can feel him in me I can feel it when my soul Is up on a high like it is today I know God ain't dead I know he ain't because I can feel it inside I can see God's presence in this world Even when there's so much going on I can see God's presence I know God ain't dead I know he ain't dead And his glory is still filling his churches The churches that truly truly believe in what his road map says. But sadly, there are too many churches that are not reading God's road map. Okay, Lord. Too many churches. Okay, boy. Too many churches are too busy worrying about what's going in the offering plate instead of what's going in people's hearts. That's tough. That's tough, but that's the point. That's why people, preachers, are sitting here saying, well, I can't do this. If I say this, I'm going to offend somebody, and then they're going to leave, and then that, what happens? Money goes. too many churches are too worried about the money instead of worrying about saving people's souls what is more important the money in this world or people's souls that's the point what should a prominent man if he gave the whole world and lose his own soul and that's what's happening too many churches are losing their souls because they're worried about the money in the offering plate That's not popular. That's going to get some hate from people. But that's okay. That's God's word. And that's the truth. I love what it says here. He says that God's glory covered the heavens and the earth. And it was full of praise. Satan wants to squash God's praises. And he's done a good job. so far in 2020 he has done a mighty mighty mighty mighty good job why because we got reports yesterday that the church the church world all around the world through coronavirus has lost 50% of its people because of this virus why has that happened Satan Satan has brought the virus on the church to squash it. But I believe in my heart of hearts that God is using this to raise up a chosen generation. People that are going to believe in God. People that are not going to be ashamed to say God is not dead even in the face of a world that is so against God. He is raising up a generation then it's not going to be a big generation oh it ain't going to be big we're not going to have churches filled to capacity we're not going to have all kinds of things like this anymore because Satan has squashed but God will get the glory out of this and he will raise up as it says in the Bible he going to separate the wheat from the chaff He going to raise up a generation of people that are going to praise him And we're the chosen generation that are going to see the Red Sea Miracle 2.0. Hallelujah. That's what we're going to see. Hallelujah. that it is time for the church world to stop letting Satan gag us. He has put the gag into the church's mouth for too long. We've been silent way too long. If we want to see the right seed miracle, if we want to be a part of that chosen generation that goes on to the other side of this virus and all this trouble, If we want to be part of that chosen generation, we've got to stop being silent. We've got to start being loud. And we've got to start praising God in his house. That's what we've got to do. Because he rightfully deserves that praise. It's not enough to just sit and say, thank you, Lord. No, no. We've got to be bold. What does it say? What does the Bible say? It says, come boldly. Boldly That's what we gotta do We gotta be bold in this generation Because liberal people Are being bold for their beliefs But somewhere along the line The church has lost Its boldness And God says I want you to be bold I want you to raise up I want you to get strong in the Lord I want you to let the world know Who you believe and what you believe in and who you trust in. Because that's the generation that is going to see the Red Sea miracle. Baal is a spirit. And the spirit of Baal is controlling this world. But God is about to shut Baal's mouth. He's about to shut Baal's mouth and God's going to get the victory when all this stuff finally passes and when the church of the living God go through to the other side of the Red Sea and God has shut Baal's mouth, this world is going to have no choice but to say, wow, maybe there is something to what the church has been saying all along. That's what's going to happen. I love what he says. In his brightness was the light. He had horns coming out of his hands. Now that sounds kind of strange. What that literally means is like lightning bolts were coming out of his hands. Meaning the power, the ultimate power is what God has. God has ultimate power. God has final say. The government doesn't have final say. Oh, absolutely not. Baal does not have final say. Oh, absolutely not. And we know Satan doesn't have final say. Absolutely not. God has final say. And his ultimate power will be revealed. And I love what it says here. And there was a hiding of his power. literally meaning that this world does not know what kind of power he has. Oh, but they're going to see it. Oh, they're going to see it. They're about to see it. This world is about to see God show up and show off. And they're going to see it. And they're going to believe it. They may not trust in him. Oh, but they'll see it. And they'll believe it. They'll know that he is on the throne. That he has not been kicked off. They'll even kick him off his throne. Oh, absolutely not. Satan didn't kick Jehovah off his throne absolutely not he's still there, he's still raining and he's still going to have five say oh hallelujah I love this, verse 5 says before him went pestilence and burning coals went forth at his feet we talked about it earlier this morning just before we started this we talked about it, earthquakes riots, unrest, viruses all these things, all these plagues that we are seeing has gone before him. But he's coming. He's coming. And when he comes, he's going to bring victory. He's going to bring victory for his church. I love what he says here in verse 6. And he stood and he measured the earth. He sees the evil. And let me tell you, there is evil in this world. It is running rampant Absolutely running rampant in this world And you think God doesn't see? Oh God sees it God knows it He sees what's going on And there comes a point where God lets us have our way He stands back Why do I say that? Go through history and look Israel did it so many times they would come to God and say oh God we love you Lord we love you we will follow you and then they'd look around and they'd see the other countries and the other people and they would say oh maybe we need to start worshiping golden you know golden calves and we need to start doing this stuff like this maybe we need to start worshiping Baal and what did God do? He let them do it and he what? took his hands off he said go ahead you want to do it go ahead we as a nation and a nation around the world what have we done we have said God we don't want to be led by your word we want people to be able to live the way they want to live whatever they want to do if they want to sin let them sin if they want to say they're not man or woman that's fine let them be what they want me. Even if it's in the face of spitting in your face and saying, you created me this way, but I don't believe it. And that is what God has done. God has said, okay, you want to do it? Go ahead. And now all this business that we've had, this politically correct society and politically correct world, God has stepped back and said, have it. But I believe what has happened that the church, the true church of the living God has been praying. And I'm not talking the whole church because the whole church doesn't believe it. There's too many other churches that are sitting there saying, we've got to be politically correct in this generation. We've got to do what people believe instead of doing what God believes. God told us in His Word. And we're just sitting there, oh, we can't do that because we're going to offend somebody. Sorry, if it offends you, I apologize. No, I don't. I don't apologize because God didn't apologize. He wrote it here. Right? He wrote it here. He said it's right here. This is it. He didn't say you can take what you want and leave what you don't. He didn't say that. It actually says, well, I'm going to hit the ass too or take away from him. Right? Doesn't it say that in the word? It does. and too many churches are out of tune and taken away from God's word and they're not preaching the holy church and they're sitting there going I wonder what's happening in this generation God has took his hands off because the church of the living God began to live in the world and he began to say to the world come on in and do what you want in the church and God is saying I've had my feelings I've had it all I'm done, I ain't going to have it no more now God's about to step in God's about to step in I love this. He stood and he measured the earth and beheld and drove asunder the nations. The evil that is against God's people is soon going to come to light. All this evil that is permeating and penetrating and overtaking this world is soon going to come to light And when it comes to light it is going to shake people to their cores They're going to sit back and they're going to go, Wow, what have we believed all along? All that we believe has been a lie. That's what they're going to see. Now there are going to be some people that are still going to believe the lies no matter what. But there are going to be people that are going to see the lies for what it is. And it's going to transform a lot of people. I love what it says here. It says, and the everlasting mountains were scattered and the perpetual hills did bow. Literally meaning that God's creation will obey even when people don't. Even when people don't. And why? Because his ways are everlasting. I love it. His ways are everlasting. He never changes. He's always the same. Now we've talked. Moses and the children of Israel came to the Red Sea. and if you remember that story if you remember the account the children of Israel came to the Red Sea and they looked at the Red Sea and Moses was before them and what did they all begin to do? they all began to complain well now look at this Moses, look what you've done you brought us here, now the Red Sea is before us the enemy is coming behind us and there ain't no graves in this land there's graves back in Egypt to Egypt, but ain't no brains here. We're going to die because you brought us here to die. And Moses heard the voice of God say, Stretch forth your rod. Moses stretched forth that rod. And what happened? God stepped down. I'm going to tell you something. I believe this with all my heart. In studying and leading I believe in my heart of hearts that what happened was when Moses stretched forth his rod, it wasn't the rod. It wasn't the rod. When Moses stretched forth the rod, God stepped down. And when God stepped down without a forte of foot like that, the earth began to shake and the walls came up. Those walls of water began to come up. And God then said, follow me. And he began to walk through the Red Sea. And Moses led his people to the other side. And God is about to step down. Because God is saying, I've had my field of this world being destroyed. I'm going to have final say. And God is about to step down. And when he steps down with that authoritative foot, this world is in for trouble. And the church of the living God, the ones that truly believe it, are going to see the glory of God. They are going to have Shekinah glory all over their face. They will have Shekinah glory all over their body. And when people see the true church of the living God, they are going to see him shining. because God is going to step down. And when he steps down, the miracle is set. I believe in my heart of hearts that all this stuff is happening for a purpose. God is doing all this to bring together a church that is going to be his chosen church. We look and we say, why coronavirus? Why did this have to happen? I think God was saying there's too many. Okay, boy. There's too many hypocrites in the church. And I don't want them in the church no more. I hate to say that, but I felt that in my spirit. God was saying that. Too many hypocrites in the church. and I want to share my blessing to my people. And he wants to divide, not so much because he likes division, but he's dividing the church to get down to the true people that are going to be his people. And when his people, which are called by his name, begin to humble themselves and pray and see God's face, that's when he's going to step down And we're going to see the Red Sea miracle again. Oh, I tell you, I can't wait. So what does it come down to? What do we have to do as a church of the living God? We've got to do two things. Two things. This is our goals as the church of the living God. And we cannot, we cannot fail in this purpose. This is our purpose. the rest of 2020 going into 2021. This is our purpose as the church of the living God. Number one, we must diligently pray. Diligently. I want you to get this. Diligently. That doesn't mean pray once a month. No, that's every single day. Pray for your brothers and sisters in Christ. Pray that the church of the living God will be strong and pray that we will come through more than a conqueror. That is number one. And number two, we cannot fail to praise Him for the miracle that is going to take place. Because we so often forget when we pray and pray and pray that we've got to praise. God, I thank You for the miracle that's about to take place. When I pray, that's what I do. When someone comes and says, I need a healing, I pray for them, I pray for their healing, and then I say, Lord, I praise you for the fact that a miracle is coming. That's what we've got to do. We've got to pray, and we've got to praise, because that's what's going to set us apart from other churches, from other quote-unquote believers, and make us the head, not the tail. Make us the church of the living God And make us the chosen ones That are going to see the Red Sea part And we're going to go to the other side Hallelujah But that's what we've got to do That's our two goals And we've got to, got to, got to do it We can't fail on this The church of the living God has failed too many times It's time for us not to fail We've got to do our part We've got to do it now Oh.
