You know, this morning, there is so much going on in this world, and so much happening, and so much stuff that just, sometimes we need a touch. We need to feel the touch of the Lord. And I'm not going to spend a long time this morning, but I am going to share something with you this morning from Exodus chapter 15. And I want to share with you verse 26. Okay? Exodus chapter 15 and verse 6. Where we're at at this point in this message, in this time as we get to this verse, is something very, very special. The Israeli people had been in Egyptian bondage for so long, and finally it was time for them to be delivered. They came out of Egyptian bondage after Pharaoh finally said, it's just enough, I'm tired, get out of my country. And they started out feeling free. But Pharaoh sparked time. And he sent his people out after those Israeli people again. They began to go after them. They began to go after them, to capture them, to bring them back. And you know what happened? God part of the Red Seas. And the Israeli people went through on dry ground. And Pharaoh's people, his soldiers said, well, if they can do it, we can too. But they couldn't. And why couldn't they? Because they didn't have God. They started through on the dry ground and before they got halfway through, the seas began to come together. and God eliminated the enemy of his people. They began to wander the desert for a little bit and they began to run, like we all do sometimes. Began to complain and began to worry and say, well, now you didn't do this for us. And they began to complain to Moses. Moses had the faith of a saint, the patience of a saint, in my opinion. is he dealt with these people for years. Every time he turned around, they were complaining about something else and blaming him. You go through and you read it. It's true. Every time you turn around, they sat there and said, Oh, Moses, we're starving to death. Look what you did to us. We've been back off and staying as slaves. They just continually murmured and complained and all about their plight in life. And there came the point right here where they came onto the waters. The waters were bitter. They couldn't drink the water because it was going to kill them because it was really, really poisonous water, if you will. And they said, all those you see were dying of thirst. And see, we can't drink this water because if we drink the water, we're going to die. We're going to die if we don't get water. We're just going to die. That's what's going to happen. We're just going to die. And it's all your fault. Poor Moses. I'm telling you. You ever wonder why Moses got so frustrated at the end to destroy the rock? That's why. They just wore him down to a point that it didn't get so much he could take. You know? But see, here, they're saying, well, see, we can't drink this water. God speaks to Moses and says take a tree and put it in the water and clear it up. And I want to share with you what he says right here what he says in Exodus chapter 15 and verse 26 it says this If you will diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord your God this is the words of the Lord God Almighty. If you will diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord, I love that, that means follow His words found in His book, to the letter with your whole heart, something special is going to happen. He says, and will do that which is right in his sight and will give ear to his commandments and keep all of his statutes. Now that seems like a lot to do, but really it's not. It's really not. When you think about it, all this stuff, What it just comes down to is love the Lord God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. That's what it comes down to. That's what this is. That's what all these things are. Because they're all broken down and you sit there and go, wow, one, two, three, four. That's a lot of stuff to do. But really that's what it comes down to. Just loving God with everything that is intervening. God is first. My family is next. People are third. I'm last. You know, that's the way we should be. I love what happens here. He says, if you will do this, what? He says, I will put none of these diseases upon you. I will put none of these diseases upon you. I will come in and deliver you. See, so often what we do is we feel sick and we go to the doctor and we should, I'm not saying that, but we should go to the doctor. But when we go to the doctor, a doctor takes a scan or takes a look and he says, oh, this is what the problem is. And that's cool, that's fine, then we know how to pray. But the problem is, so often what we do as humans is that the moment we hear something from a doctor, we go, oh no. Instead of saying, but God. See, that should be our response. When a doctor looks and says, this is what's going wrong, our response should not be, oh no, it should be, but God. because God is going to come in and do something. He said in His Word that if we love Him with everything that is in our being, if we keep His statutes, if we did all these things, He would put none of the diseases upon us. That means that if we put our trust in God, if we stand on the promises, if we trust in Him, if we have faith, God will see you through it. Amen. Amen. That's exactly what it says. And you know what? In all my time of studying God's Word, I have never found any of His Word in this book ever to be found out to be a lie. Never. I have never found any of His Word to be a lie. So many times I read God's Word and I sit there and I go, oh, that sounds a little strange. That doesn't sound exactly right. And then as I study it deeper, I find that it was right and I was wrong. See, that's the thing. God's word doesn't lie. God's word does not lie. Hallelujah. He said, if you do these things, I will put none of these diseases upon you, which I have brought unto the Egyptians. all the stuff that the Egyptians saw happen to them and they saw a lot of stuff he said you will not see any one of these things why? because he loves you he loves you see so often what we do is we forget that because we living in a world that sits there and always is their continual mantra if you will is Christianity and that is a religion of hate You'll hear that all the time. Oh, the Christians, they hate. They hate anything that's different from them. But that's not true. We stand up against what God says to stand up against That's not hate That's obeying That's obeying his statutes Now does that mean we should sit there and go throw rocks at people? Hardly Does that mean we should show all kinds of hatred and be mean to people? Absolutely not That's not what I'm saying But we must stand up for what is worth it We can stand up for what's right in this world And if we don't stand up for what's right, sadly, when the trumpet sounds, we ain't going. And that's just the truth. We have to stand up for what's right. We can stand up for His statutes. But when we do that, God will take us and will heal us and will help us through all of our problems. And who among us doesn't have problems? of course. We all have problems. Every single one of us. Some of us have a little more serious problems than others maybe. But this is the thing. To us, we look and we say, wow, that's a little more serious than this. God says, it's all easy to me. That's what God says. God says, it's all easy to me. I can just do it just like this. Just heal, heal, heal, deliver, save, sacrifice, touch. I can do it just in a moment's notice. God can do it in a woman's notice. Think about it. Go through the Bible and read it. When Jesus walked the shores of Galilee, and he walked around and he saw those that were in trouble, did he have to do all kinds of stuff to people? No. All he had to do was say to the leper, or to the cripple that was laying on the bed, he said, son, thy sins be forgiven me. Take up your bed and walk. That's all he did. He didn't touch him. He didn't touch a bright arm. He didn't do nothing. He just said, your sins are forgiven. You take up your bed and walk, and the man took up his bed and walked. He didn't have to do anything. The lepers came to Jesus. Didn't Jesus lay his hands on the lepers and pray for them? No, he simply said, go show yourselves to the priest. That's what he said. He didn't have to do anything major because it doesn't take that much for God. Because everything, every sort of disease, every sort of ailment that is upon man is just a word to God. There is nothing that he cannot heal a person of. I have found one thing. I have found one thing. I've seen people delivered of heart disease. I've seen people delivered of cancer. I've seen people delivered of addiction. I've seen people delivered of amazing things. I've heard testimonies of people. I've told the story of a man that was in my dad's church when he was a young Christian. And he had a deformed leg that was shorter than the other leg. And he had to walk like this because he had the deformity in his leg. He came that night to the church and he knelt at an honor of prayer. He prayed, God, forgive me of my sins and heal me. And before that man stood up, God had done the miraculous and strengthened his leg, strained that leg, and made it the same as the other leg. God is still in the miracle working business today. God can free you of addiction. Amen, God? God can free you of addiction. and if He can free you of addiction, He can heal you of cancer. Amen? He can do that. And there is nothing that is impossible with God. Absolutely nothing is impossible with God. We just gotta believe. We just gotta believe. And if we believe all things are possible And if we believe we are going to see the miraculous But it starts with that word. Believe. We've got to believe. We've got to believe. I love this. He says, I will put none of these diseases upon you, which I have brought unto the Egyptians. Why? For I am the Lord who heals you. Hallelujah. I am the Lord that heals you. That same God that healed the leper, that unstopped the deaf ears, that made the blind the see, that strengthened crippled legs, that made lepers pure as the driven snow. Hallelujah. That same God still lives in 2021. He's still on the throne. Yesterday on my show at the radio station, there's a song that says, He's still on the throne. When I heard that song, I joked for joy in my chair. And when I turned on that mic, I sat there and I said, Aren't you glad he's still on the throne? Ain't nobody keep God off his throne. And ain't nobody gonna keep God off his throne. He's still on the throne. He's going to be on the throne no matter how bad this world gets. No matter how the evil people try to take over this world. God is still on the throne and he's going to continue to be on the throne and he's going to be continuing to hear his people. And we will just call upon his name. And when we call, he will answer. He will bring you what you need if you will just ask. Ask and you will receive. See and you with fire and knock and it shall be open. But we've got to do our part. God is not going to do His part unless we do our part. So it's got to start with belief. How does it start with belief? Well, see, if you come asking, you've got to believe He's going to do it. Right? If you don't believe He's going to do it, then what's the point of coming and asking Him? Right? So that's the point. We've got to start with belief that he's going to do it. Then we ask his blessing. We seek confirmation through his word. And then we knock. We knock, say, Lord, open the door to the blessing. Oh, and when that door opens up, the floodgates. of blessing are going to pour down over top of you, and you're going to be healed, you're going to be delivered, you're going to be set free, and God is going to do the miraculous in your life. It's going to happen, but we've got to start with belief. Hallelujah. Red Scout was one of my favorite comedians. Clean comedian, beautiful comedian, beautiful person. And in one of his specials, he had a song that he wrote. And it said simply this. You've got to start by saying, I believe. And that's true. That's how we've got to start. We've got to start by saying, I believe. That's how we started. That's how we begin to see the blessings of God. I believe. Do you believe today that God is going to bring you a miracle? Thank you. Yes. Hallelujah. I believe in today you
